Last year, @ 6,000 taxpayers provided 34% of the total income tax revenue collected by the State of California. Imagine what is going to happen when those people either don't exercise those Tech Stock Options, or they decide to move.

Do that at the same time the state employee pension plan demands more and more money be paid out, the traindoggle sucks up more dollars, and bonds become due at an increasing pace, and it's easy to see what happens when Progressives are given complete control.
