I'm curious if anyone can conceive of limited government.

Before tobacco had to be handled by the FDA
and not treated as a traditional drug like alcohol is regulated by the states.
Before my doctor could prescribe pain management without the DEA cutting 25% of pain pills this year

There are so many examples of government excess scope and overreach

Perhaps the prescription drug problem has something to do w/ it??

Would you prefer drug companies just sell to everyone as they have need/want??

we did the same tax cuts in Michigan and it worked out fine.......guess you need to look and see what the real problem in Kansas was.......maybe they forgot to cut spending like they needed to......

of course. But the supply being mindlessly cut - who does that hurt but the patients?

so called "diversion" isn't the problem as described by the Center for Disease Control.

Yet the DEA comes in with it's desire ( reducing diversion by reducing supply) -
even though supply isn't the real problem ( cheap heroin is).

AND

All this makes it impossible for a GP to work with a patient for their needs -instead they write according to the idea of cutting prescriptions.

You really need to up your general mistrust of bureaucrats. They don't give a damn about people -just their power

Average cost for a new vehicle is $25k. That's average, with trucks coming in around $40k. They already have a sales tax. Adding another tax on top makes it pretty hard to afford a vehicle.

Especially given the pittance of a tax saving the middle class would get with the eradication of marginal taxes.

An honest Republican at last: tax policy is not about economic growth, or jobs. It is about keeping undeserving people from for "voting for free stuff".

I should also point out the massive goal post moving you and other wingnuts have tried to pivot too.

For many years, the con Mantra was that "tax cuts pay for themselves"

So why did you pivot to saying the only work if there are massive cuts to education, infrastructure, and/or other social programs??

I mean, why not just be honest from the start? If you want tax cuts for the rich, just say that you need to slash or defund education, highways, infrastructure, medicaid, and other societal needs.
