Trump takes WV in 2020

The WV economy is energy-extraction based; not exclusively, but it's a big part of the economy.

You should be able to figure out the rest.
Oh, you think they dropped all the regulations and that is what did it? That he suddenly became President and jobs appeared. Oil projects and contracts take many years to develop, I imagine the coal industry is the same way, things just don't happen in six months.

Obama's jobs killing regulations exacerbated it. I should know. I live there.
Well, when the little coal boom is over, and regulations are still gone, you might start to realize coal's not going to make WV great, again. You need to entice Amazon to build there.

I'm curious how Trump can win with a 25 - 35% approval rating.

The same way he did last November, at no time did Trump poll into the 40% range. Still curious after the less than 40% ass kicking last time? Makes one wonder just how dependable these polls actually are. Its the STATES that elect presidents not the percentage of idiots that don't like him...but the number of states that reflected a stagnant GDP over the previous 8 years.....whose personal population required and voted for change. Its always comes down to MONEY and JOBS. Obama produced nothing but more welfare dependence....and part time jobs with no benefits especially...health care....the majority being retail service positions...not manufacturing or anything that requires skilled labor.

Its not rocket science....each state reflects its own population not the national population. The real problem the democrats faced was not TRUMP but the criminal Hillary....she tossed middle class America under the bus for the fringe left radical groups...and she paid the price as she even pissed them off as many Bernie supporters either did not vote or voted for Trump out of spite. She was in deep trouble as she never held a majority percentage in any poll....that being 51%. When the incumbent party can't poll better than 50% after the primaries....GAME OVER the people/states are ready for change....mostly those who claim to be "undecided" at that time, they always swing toward change. What's really amusing is the way she claimed the popular victory...which did not even reach 50%. Funny as hell....now someone is predicting another 90% left wing landslide 6 months removed from the last propaganda disaster? Really? Some people never learn from facts or history....they reason with emotion instead of logic.

People were actually motivated to vote for Trump, and people were de-motivated to vote for Hillary. The populism sugar high is over, America is an international JOKE with Trump at the helm (Putin had his PM lackey call Trump weak and impotent; feeling that Trump is unworthy of Putin's personal insult), and Trump is now bleeding support from his own base. Rapidly. Sucks that after being given the keys to American power (three branches of government), he is proving to be the biggest political failure in American history. Even the Alt Right is starting to think he's a loser. Bannon will leave him. Kelly will leave him. The 400 pound hacker will leave him.

Keep in mind that I haven't even begun to factor in the investigations. They're not required.

Trump = LOSER

CHARLESTON — West Virginia had the second-highest gross domestic product growth in the nation for the first quarter of 2017, according to a report by the U.S. Department of Commerce's Bureau of Economic Analysis.

According to the analysis, real gross domestic product increased in 32 states and the District of Columbia for the first quarter. Texas saw the highest at 3.9 percent growth. West Virginia followed at 3 percent GDP growth.

When it's results vs noise, results win every time.

Or it's the economy, stupid.

Take your pick.

:rofl2:

You guys are hilarious.

lies. Trump is still crushing it with his base. He still has a majority of support in the counties he won and he's at like 80% approval with the people that voted for him. You are on drugs.

It's still obamas economy. When Trump does a single thing and then two years passed then we can give him credit. Trump has NO policy achievements. He cannot cause anything.
