I'm sorry, did I miss something?
of course.........why should this week be any different than the rest?......
I'm sorry, did I miss something?
just big or bigly?
We were divided by an ocean from Europe in the last century and we saw how that turned out.
The primary reason refugees fled Syria was because of ISIS, not because of Assad. Trump needs to make ISIS the primary focus of his foreign policy---like he campaigned on.
Sounds a bit like Saddam.
How'd that turn out?
https://www.google.com/amp/s/amp.businessinsider.com/trump-strategy-defeat-isis-obama-2017-7President Trump has just destroyed ISIS in Iraq and CNN; good shooting, Sah!!
Greg
With a dead Saddam??
Greg
Obama blamed "ISIL" on the Crusades while droning innocent civilians.
Republicans are having way more fun than the disgruntled losers.
They are not, well not wholly, but he has to take much of the blame for allowing Daesh such free rein. I recall at the time just how Democrats were desperate to get out, despite the lessons of Vietnam. Why is the US solely to blame, wasn't there a coalition that invaded Iraq? Didn't members of that coalition leave before the USA?
Many factors played into the rise of ISIS starting with Bush invading Iraq, disbanding the Guard and the new government of Iraq, to solely blame Obama is ridiculous.
LOL - you didn't hear Trump whining about executive orders on the campaign?
Okay. All I need to know.
better then you BOY
It's THAN, Banjo Boy......
You've never actually FINISHED a chapter book in your life, have you.......
Well that, obviously.
But we also ended up with ISIS sweeping in after we left [thank you, Obama] and the rest is unfortunate history. We cant keep indulging in Middle East regime changing, and getting the same results time and again, before someone rightly concludes we are insane.
The only way it can work would be if we made a long term commitment to Iraq-Libya-Syria in order to stabilize it. That's what happened in Iraq. Libya---I have no idea what they were thinking with Libya. It takes more political will than can be mustered, to keep troops in those places till a generation of Muslims can rise up to democratically reject Islamic rule and embrace liberal democracy.
It can't be done, and we should stop trying.

where do you see me suggesting anything of the sort, imbecile?
This investigation has been triggered by numerous FACTS including indisputable evidence of Russian involvement in the US election INCLUDING the hacking of local voting systems, and the reports from international intelligence relating to meetings between people close to Trump and Russian spies.....
if you don't believe those are issues meriting investigation, you're a cretin.....wait......we've established that already......
never mind.....carry on....
Obama isn't even partially to blame.
Bush & that stupid war created the power vacuum. And the left told them the whole time that they were opening a Pandora's Box.
They say I'm not good at predictions, but I predicted that they would blame whoever followed Bush for whatever happened as a result.
I'm sorry, did I miss something? Nothing he did this week made US great,
you guys set a very low bar, like not wearing a pin and embracing a despot.
No one's worried about the JVs anyway.
