Critics will say it's an online poll but it's a CNN poll and it shows a huge disparity in results. I've been saying it's possible that voters will begin to sense [finally, people who have paid attention have known it all along] that democrats and their minions in the media are less interested in Russia than they are in getting rid of a duly elected president.

The irony is they have, in attempting to subvert out democracy, become Russia. Putin sees it and laughs.

The polls WERE basically accurate.

Trump won because 77,000 misguided morons in Wisconsin, Michigan and Pennsylvania threw a temper tantrum and voted for an idiot who they thought had no chance of winning.

They were basically accurate. A lot of the poll interpretation was off - but the polls themselves were pretty spot on. Particularly the national polls.

You keep trying to discredit them (except online polls like this one, of course), just like you keep trying to discredit the media, the IC and basically everything else not named Trump.
 
Trump is such a joke, Groening wrote a Simpson's episode featuring Trump becoming President and it turned out the ludicrous episode was precient. A freaking farce in which a comic critic scoured the deepest recesses of his mind for the metaphysically and absolutely most detestable possible person fathomable.... yes, was actually elected by Republicans. Life imitating art, in this case, Republicans imitating a satirical nightmare cartoon, and thus becoming one.

But he has established a contentious relationship with basically everyone who he needs to get anything done. He tries to lead through fear & intimidation rather than cooperation & consensus-building.

And he doesn't understand Washington. That much is clear at this point. You all thought that would be a plus, but then we get the whole "who knew healthcare could be so complicated" thing.

And a very big part of his low #'s is Trump himself. He's a crass, self-obsessed boor, and refuses to give up his childish antics on twitter and elsewhere. He said he could be "so Presidential" when he just turned the switch, but have we even seen a moment of that?

People do not like Trump. It's not why I'm one of those who doesn't fully want the economy to do well. I hope the economy goes gangbusters. I don't think it will matter either way for Trump's re-election efforts.
