Based on the rhetoric of the Democrats was political assassination the next step?

Unhinged liberals plus a litany of conspiratorial lies by the democrat party and the main stream media combined to create a toxic brew of hatred leading to political assassination attempts on the GOP. I fear this won't be the last.

The democrat party and their accomplices in the lame stream media have ginned up this story that the election was stolen from them. Given that they thought that Trump had zero chance of winning this has created outsized disappointment amongst the most unhinged of their ilk.

The awesome thing is that the left hasn't been able to shut-up about "incendiary rhetoric" for over a year, and now they are going to get trolled relentlessly for being so shortsighted and stupid.

I used McVeigh as an example, he was a disaffected lone wolf. But you're correct. This is different. The entire left has become completely unhinged.
I've said this before - Trump may be a political genius or it's just his style that happens to work for him. He drives his opposition insane to the point where they sink far far below what they perceive him to be. He did it in the primaries and he's doing it to dims.
He's converted me - a card carrying libertarian who hasn't voted for a repub since Dole. Correction: he didn't convert me. I still don't like him. Dims' loathsome behavior is what converted me.

The use of the word "resistance" was not a mistake. I truly believe it was a call to violence.

For years, the rhetoric from you RW barrel-strokers is that the 2nd Amendment was intended to overthrow a tyrannical government. The "tyrannical government" mantra has also been at the top of your collective lists.

Well, asswipes, you got what you were yearning for. A person using the 2nd Amendment in order to begin the overthrow of what he perceives as a tyrannical government.

Combine that with the fact that the left feels entitled to power and are nothing short of spoiled little brats today really isn't a surprise. This violence isn't really new for the left. They have been adept at covering most of it up

Let's not forget Obamas buddy Bill Ayers who gets rewarded for his domestic terrorism.

Robert Byrd who was the only recent member of the KKK to serve in the US Senate. Remember the KKK was the terrorist wing of the democrat party. Think ISIS.

And as you said the term resistance wasn't an accident. Their own recent candidate Hillary Clinton called herself a proud member of the RESISTANCE.

They own this. Now they know why we support concealed carry.

Obviously those stupid liberal thought DC was like Chicago and would catch them unarmed. If Scalise had not been there there would have been multiple deaths. But fortunately the presence of guns SAVED LIVES.

Uh, yeah, that's why the 2nd Amendment exists. Read the Federalist Papers, and you won't find mention of personal safety, home defense, community wellbeing, recreation, or hunting, but, you will find a bit on overthrowing tyrannical government.

Anyway, the shooter was a far leftist, meaning, he actively supported tyranny.
