the laws of nature......God created them.......they, like the rest of the universe, had a beginning.......that's why they are called universal laws.....it is that thing which DID exist prior to the universe that needs no explanation.......you believe its a "singularity"......I believe its God.......the difference is, my religion comes with an instruction manual......
