The hammock vs. safety net thing would make sense if 99/100 of those you see weren't using it as a hammock.

When someone uses food stamps (EBT card), they have claimed they don't have the money to buy their own food. If that is true, why do they magically have money to buy all those things for which EBT cannot be used. If you can't afford your own food, how can you afford your own beer and cigarettes?
