In politics, in science, and in business women have to be better than men in many cases. Partly the is the historic legacy of misogyny. It is relatively common for a mediocre or inept man to rise to the top of an organizational entity (just look at Donald Drumpf as one example), whereas a women frequently has to always be at the top of her game to rise above the flotsam. Whether I agreed with them politically or not, Margaret Thatcher, Golda Meir, and Angela Merkel generally had to be in top form at all times, performing at a level that a more mediocre man would often be cut slack for.
I have personally seen the white male privilege in action in my business and science careers. I think things are changing and getting better. But a mediocre white dude like you has a lot of nerve suggesting that women are inferior. I suspect it's lack of dates and lack of sex that fuels your grievance complex, no?
