Even though Tillerson employs the same methods the entire trump cabinet employs.....keep repeating the same talking point, and refuse to address the elephant in the room... it's highly effective with the base.

There is a modicum of validity to Tillerson's comments, so long as any trade/business deals are contingent upon penalties for the continuing cyber activities. Tillerson isn't the right person to have anything to do with Russia. His priorities lie with Exxon/Mobil...not the U.S. citizens.

Really? Manafort took millions from Russia in exchange for installing a Putin puppet in Ukraine. Now he's a Russian operative with ties to the W.H.

What would you have done after Manafort opened to door for a Russian invasion of Ukraine? Send an 'armada' to Russia?

I don't think Anatta hates America per se. He hates Hillary, which is ironic, because he voted for her in the primaries in '08. He argued her merits as vehemently as he argues Putin's now.

I think the stress just put him over the edge, and he's been reduced to babbling and shrieking 'It's Hillary's fault' in every discussion.

Personally? I don't listen to anything Tillerson says. I can't stop watching the way his jowls cover the knot on his tie when he speaks. I wonder if it will ever be covered totally, or just the 25% he now gets when he's lying?

If that is your stance then you may as well cut off all communications with Russia now. In fact if they did interfere with the elections and install a puppet then that would be grounds for war. Same goes with China. If you want them to deal with IP issues before we discuss anything then we would never get anything done. Your way of doing things would just lead to gridlock and the US getting frozen out in turn. Just like in Syria.
