What is the GOP thinking?

I liked Trump because he wasn't the establishment. I liked Bernie better because of SP and income inequality, but I also like the ideas of MAGA.

To the bolded above: you need to know this was a "change" election, and we have no confidence of change coming from any of the swamp monsters already in DC -Republican or Democrat.
It's gotta come from the people ( populism)

now can Trump do that? I dunno. it's a tall order, but that was his message.
I know for sure Clinton was more of the same, coupled with all the nasty baggage she had/has.
i.e. = Corporatist/big donor driven,warmongering serial liar. (etc.)

I am laughing at your assertion that Trump was not "establishment', and that he was practically a flower child peacenik compared to Sec State Clinton.

As a sidebar, I offer you some prose from Tolstoy and Joseph Conrad, in the hopes it will improve your posting technique.

"You know I hate, detest, and can't bear a lie, not because I am straighter than the rest of us, but simply because it appalls me. There is a taint of death, a flavour of mortality in lies, - which is exactly what I hate and detest in the world - what I want to forget" - Joseph Conrad, Heart of Darkness
.

“Every lie is a poison; there are no harmless lies. Only the truth is safe. Only the truth gives me consolation - it is the one unbreakable diamond.” -- Leo Tolstoy

Here's the clueless house leader of the Party of the Jackass admitting they are too stupid to comprehend the language crafted proving John Gruber right:

Nancy Pelosi Pass the Bill to find out what's in it

The only thing that is apparent in this thread is how stupid liberals really are thinking they are winning and supporting this abomination passed on lies.

you aren't worth the keystrokes to respond to. Trump got the idea that Cold War 2.0 gets us nowhere fast except more military spending, and more hair-trigger confrontations with Putin. Being a Russiaphobe yourself, i know you won't accept it, but it's manifest we are putting more and more into Europe, and it's not doing anything but upping the costs/potential for conflicts.

As to warmongering I direct you to Hillary's chief advocate in the Obama WH NSC for Libyan interventionism
and her international organizing for "Qaddafi must go"
That and her vote and support for the Iraq war, along with her meddling in Syria( friends of Syria) makes her an interventionist by nature.

hopes it will improve your posting technique.
a laughable proposition coming from a brain dead partisan like yourself.

you're inability to see Hillary begot Trump and where we are now is equally frustrating..

First .. and with all due respect .. You didn't vote for Trump because of Hillary Clinton. Absolutely nothing about your comments say that you would have voted for Sanders. If Single-payer was really an issue for you, how is it that you aren't absolutely appalled by Trumpcare?

But you're not appalled by it, you're making excuses for it.

Even if that were true that Hillary begot Trump, it has nothing whatsoever to do with the conversation at hand.

No matter what the issue, you see Hillary Clinton even when she has nothing to do with it.

you need to stop telling me my motivations -ive told you I supported sanders for:
1being outside the establishment ( by and large)
2. notions of income inequaility
3. being able to deliver on SP.
++
I'm not making excuss for Trumpcare,I am pointing out Obama care is on an unsubstainable path -
despite what the CBO says ( and he CBO was way off on Obamacare )
It's manifest providers are leaving, and it's manifest it's a very costly entitlement program.
So it needs to be fixed..
Just how elUdes me other then SP -i firmly think SP is the only way out,and that is NOT supporting Trumpcare!!

As to Hillary..she managed to take a sure fire win for the Dems (look at the demographic)and turn it into a loss.
There is NO DISPUTING THIS -she was a horrid candidate, and it wasn't the Russian or Comey -it was her lousy campaigning and high negatives

This is important not for Hillary bashing per se, because it's HOW WE GOT here, and the Dem's need to understand that.
Now if you want to talk about the future of the Dem's OK fine -but you can't ignore where we are at, and it's 100% the fault of nominating Hillary

If Trump signs ACA repeal what republicans are getting reelected in'18?

24 million Americans condemned to early painful death.

Provide proof that 24 million Americans will die because of the changes to Obamacare. I won't even bother to ask you to prove "early painful death". Just prove that 24 million Americans will die.

It's who they are. They don't give a fuck about BORN human life.

They kept the best parts of Obamacare for themselves, dog shit for everybody else.

You're one of those that claims those not having coverage deserve it. Unless you're willing to provide it personally to all those that don't have it, it proves you don't give a fuck about those for who you claim to care. I don't think they deserve it unless they or someone like you pays for it on their behalf. That means I can't be held accountable for something that isn't my responsibility. Since you claim it is your responsibility, it's on you BOY.

What I'd like to see is proof that if those 24 million have coverage, none of them will die from an illness.
