The only person's life that should be put at risk by your choices is YOURS. Only a coward would think anyone but himself should be at risk for a choice another person made. What are you afraid of, son, standing up for what you believe in an do without dragging others down to your lower than dog shit level? Sounds like it. If all you can do is put 'words' in others mouths, then all your arguments are shit. you don't believe in freedom and your statement here is proof. Freedom REQUIRES risk. The founders KNEW this and some even stated that they would rather have liberty that attended TOO MUCH risk, than to have too little and not be free. But you go on thinking that you know what others REALLY want to do, since it's worked out so idiotically well for you so far........NOT!!!!!

What I do is actually say what you believe but don't have the guts to say.

I believe you can do whatever you want, whenever you want to the point that doing so involves affecting the freedom of others. The founders did NOT advocate you being able to take a risk if doing so meant risking someone else's life. Thinking so means you believe your freedoms can be taken even if it restricts someone else's freedoms. The founder believed you can take all the risks YOU want with YOUR life. They did not advocate you putting someone else's life at risk. If you think so, you're just the typical anarchist, crybaby, spoiled brat whose mommy never told him no.

You sound like the kind of dumbass that believes a person should have the right to run a meth lab in his house even if it risks blowing up the neighbors house next door. That's not what the founders believed.

Sorry, the founders didn't intend, when they spoke of freedoms, to mean you exercising your should put my or anyone else's life at risk.

I don't paint extremes. I use examples to point out the idiocy of your incorrect thinking about the founders, exercising freedom, and putting others at risk by doing so.

The founders believed in the right to bear arms. They didn't believe you exercising that right meant you could stand in the middle of the road and randomly shoot in all directions.

You said you disagree with things designed to keep a drunk driver from killing an innocent person that has the right to life. You said that you believe the founders meant you exercising your rights involved putting others at risk. You said that the action that should be taken for a drunk driver is one of punishment AFTER they kill or hurt an innocent person.

Your entire mindset involves around you being able to do what you want without regard of how exercising those freedoms negatively affect others. Maybe you missed the part involving rights where you exercising yours can't violate or restrict the rights of others. You only seem to have picked up on the freedom part not the responsibility part. You keep proving what I said. I said that you oppose things that prevent innocent people being killed by drunk drivers and you said you agree that you oppose them. I said you believe that the lives of innocent people should be put at risk so the freedom you believe people have to drive drunk can be exercised and you agreed.

The 4th amendment does not protect you when doing things that put the lives of others at risk. You can't do whatever the hell you want then say fuck it when it comes to those actions putting others at risk. Put yourself at risk all day long. Put me at risk by your spoiled brat choices and expect me to do something other than say OK to the little pussy brat that you are.
