and I don't mind legitimate Obstructonism by the Democrats..It's disgusting, but it's part of governing by electing officials.
This is pure disloyalty or protecting their fiefdom, and there are sound reasons why it's illegal.
It undermines a POTUS ability to make policy

This simply demonstrates just what state the Democrat Party finds itself today....its chaos, they have attempted everything short of treason to stop this administration from destroying their 'enchanted' image of the Marxist known as Barry Soetoro.....now, they have even engaged in acts of treason. It will take decades for the democrats to regain the respect of THE PEOPLE...those they have forgotten they actually work for....if The People ever forgive them the democrats will have to purge from their ranks the known communists residing in their midst. Untill such time as they realize that fact...look for them to continue to lose any resemblance of political power. I predict the 2018 midterms will be another GOP blowout....giving the GOP a super majority.

It was showing the SYSTEMATIC leaking by the IC of Classified data is being used to undermine our gov't-
specifically POTUS powers..Those are uncontested violations of the Espionage Act -as were Hillary's Email's except Comey thought she needed intent for prosecution.

There is no question of intent here by the IC - prima facie illegal acts.

As to the Russian hacking-again this is a different animal in that it is not a clear violation of the Espionage act.
It's going against private citizens-hacking happens all the time against private citizens without violations of the Espionage act.
