the democrats face a dilemma with Gorsuch and that is that he believes in limiting executive authority. The Dems can't have a justice like that for the next time there's a Democrat president.

Don't be so knee-jerk about Trump. The Gorsuch comment was newsworthy, and even talk radio was buzzing about it today (their perspective, of course, is different - they're wondering if he's some stealth libbie sympathizer like Souter, and if he can be trusted). But a new appointee coming out with criticism like that of the guy who appointed him is not some inconsequential thing. And yes, though he didn't mention "Trump," it's not just some coincidental comment or something.
