Not surprising it's spilled into Baltimore. Depending the route taken, it's somewhere between 40 - 45 mile from one to the other. When the clientele in the hood portion of D.C. and Baltimore have a thug mentality, it spreads easily to areas where it's welcome. On the other side of things, despite the government portion of D.C. being much closer to the hood than Baltimore, it's easy to understand why the thug mentality hasn't spread there.
It's the same with the rioters. That mentality spreads but it spread to other areas with that rioting mentality. It doesn't spread to areas that don't tolerate it. We've had BLM protests in the incorporated/municipal areas of the County where I live. Interesting part is those protestors/rioters haven't found their way outside of those protected enclaves. I don't wonder why. Do you?
