Perhaps he's confusing black history month with 'white history month' or asian/american history month, or native american history month, or Italian american history month...etc.?
The Reality: Blacks in the United State are far better off than blacks in Africa....why have Blacks in the United States not been allowed to assimilate as other minority immigrants? Why can't Black's follow the example of other minority immigrants? Its simple.....the left, or the progressives, the socialists, i.e., code for COMMUNISTS with premeditated deliberation...refuse to allow the Blacks in this nation to fully assimilate into the main stream of American Tradition as other blacks around the world have.
The Blacks are told by the progressives.....they are SPECIAL (to me that suggests some kind of mental handicap..inferior to the other races of peoples in the US)....they must hold unto their roots in Africa and not be called an Uncle Tom if they break free of the inner city plantations constructed by the communists of this nation, they are told by the left they are not as smart as other races therefore they require preferred SPECIAL TREATMENT in applying for jobs or higher education....with a special name called AFFIRMATIVE ACTION..which in itself is a form of racism.....nothing special for any of the democrats who have a long history of racism, bigotry, slavery, anti-female rights, anti religion, pro abortion...especially for the Black race, as that was the intent of the fonder of planned parenthood....to reduce the number of blacks in this nation through engineered eugenics.
They are told by the communists they must continue to vote democrat if they want to continue to receive Federal Aid and Special Treatment as the evil ass conservatives will take your special status away from you.....you stay were you are in the generational welfare camps called inner city projects and your Rich Uncle will give you your daily bread, your housing, your healthcare, your entertainment budget...etc.,
