Given Shlump's usual level of bombast, he's probably talking about rolling tanks and heavily armed troops patrolling the streets with automatic weapons.

And wait until due to those punitive, retaliatory funding cuts, the news reports are filled daily with stories of suffering, misery and even higher crime rates all of which Shlump is getting the credit for. I'm sure the voters will appreciate it.

Eeruh...the news is filled daily with stories of suffering, misery and even higher crime rates now. Standing on principle in order to break the law will result in Rahm being impeached.

Segregation is what is needed here. Not by race as Democrats would do, but by attitude. Bad attitude folk go to a military style camp where they are housed in barracks, wake up at 5 am, run/ march, eat, study, clean, work, one hour of down time then lights out at 9pm. Graduate out to the real world. In the real world you get rid of the bad teachers and you have good discipline. Provide jobs fixing up old homes or building new ones, and rebuilding the infrastructure. Tear down the rat-infested high rise public housing and blighted neighborhoods, build better planned communities with mixed use residential, schools, and factories. Part-time jobs for kids packing meals for the workers, working in community gardens and recycling centers.

All the money we spend paying these people to sit in public housing and watch Oprah can be used to rebuild the communities by training them then using their labor.

Well I believe a lot of it can be blamed on Reagan and the CIA covertly importing huge amounts of cocaine which was turned into crack to pay for the Contras.
