I think you're wrong too.

I feel bad for Gomer Pyle who is being forced to conceal carry against his will
If I were President I would make it law that you owned a gun or pay $100,000 tax
Sorry, pally boy, pull your head out of your ass and face reality. SCOTUS has the final word and they have placed limitations on numerous rights. Write them a fucking letter if you don't like it. I'm sure they will give it all the consideration it deserves.
Take a number!
one question, yes or no answer.....did SCOTUS write the constitution?
(laughing) Not the old "love it or leave it" bullshit! I thought that went out in the 60s or 70s.
Most of you are such historical neanderthals. While the Declaration is a lovely document, it is not law, pally boy, no matter how many times you post it. Our rights are delineated in the Constitution and Bill of Rights, neither of which mention your god once.
Ironically, Jefferson had no use for organized religion nor the Christian concept of your god. He considered the concept of your "Father, Son and Holy Spirit" a perversion and the authors of the gospels "unlettered and ignorant."
Continue with your myth of "God-given" rights. It's amusing.
Why should I? I was here before you were.
Threedee, do you support other's rights to believe differently than yourself?
Derp!
How about some faith in the English language, then? "Did I say it was law?" is a question with a specific reminder and meaning. The Declaration states the basis of our rights and the American cause. If you choose to reject it, I don't really see why you would choose to live here.
I support Domer's right to be a leftist/atheist, but, if he chooses to ignore Natural Law and the Declaration, then I'm going to throw them in his face.
lol
You're just not very bright, are you? Can't even follow a simple thread. Sad
Natural Law? lol!!!!
As Bentham said "Natural Law is nonsense on stilts." The only law that counts, pally boy, is that which is codified. All of your subjective and undefinable "natural law" is horseshit. Not one SCOTUS decision has relied on the Declaration for the basis of its decision.
"A quick search at Findlaw indicates that there are at least 100 United States Supreme Court cases that mention the words "Declaration of Independence" somewhere in the dicta of that opinion.
Yet, not one single case can be found where the authority for the holding in that case was the Declaration of independence.
There is not a single case that was "specifically decided on the Declaration of Independence or its provisions." No decision has turned or can turn on the Declaration of Independence itself."

Neither the Constitution's preamble nor the DOI are enforceable law.
BUT !!
Both provide insight into what our Founders intended.
Anyone that disregards natural law does so at their peril. Every time Wile E. Coyote steps off the cliff, gravity gets him.
Your thread is bullshit predicated on a phony premise.
I carry for my own reasons. Fortunately I don't require your approval
You shouldn't laugh at natural law.
