You presented "right-wingers" as if they argued that Trump had some kind of "magical deal making, job saving super powers" that would help him save hundreds of Macy's, Sears and K-Mart retail jobs from being lost (or any other that is being lost due to genuine competition in the free market), but no one here ever argued that. You were using the fact that these jobs will be lost to demonstrate that "our" argument had failed to come true, and had been successfully refuted.

No, you idiots didn't use the EXACT WORDS I did, but the meaning of what you rightards were claiming during the campaign and immediately after the election, right after the Carrier deal and the Ford deal, were tantamount to the same thing. You drooling cheerleaders were praising dump with your mindless chanting of MAGA before he'd even been sworn in yet and attributing it all to his legendary (in his and your minds) deal making skills.

So when the news came out that contrary to the fake job-saving credit he'd been taking, three major retailers were on the verge of killing thousands of jobs and nary a chirp or aTweet came out of lump or his minions, naturally I saw an opportunity to draw a parallel.
