Hillary Clinton and Huma Abedin are pictured together for the first time since losing

Yeah....like saying 'I didn't intend to go 90 in a 35 mph zone'.....see if that works for you....

Bullshit comparison.

There are different legal standards for the two not to mention the most obvious point that speeding is only punishable by a ticket and a fine.

Try again, rube.

They weren't marked because they never went through a gov. server....the gov. never saw them to mark them.....idiot.

Was Hillary to stupid not to recognized classified material on her own....doesn't she know what is supposed to be classified when she sees it >

Congratulations on creating possibly the stupidest post on this subject ever posted on the internet.

You have very special skills.....

keep blowing up Hillary's skirt for all it gets you.
There was a couple with "C"markings - that was the classification marks.
Keep setting them up,and I'll keep knocking them down

Either Hillary Clinton lied to the FBI or she lied on a State Department form as she began her tenure as Secretary of State. This conclusion appears inescapable after Friday's FBI document release related to the Clinton email investigation.

As revealed by those FBI documents, Clinton told agents that she could not recall "any briefing or training by State related to the retention of federal records of handling of classified information".

But the second paragraph of the Classified Information Nondisclosure Agreement—which she signed on January 22, 2009—states that "I hereby acknowledge that I have received a security indoctrination concerning the nature and protection of classified information." A composite of the FBI documents and the nondisclosure agreement is shown below:

The form also notes that classified information is not always so marked, but is still regulated by the agreement.

Several times during her tenure, Clinton acknowledged the importance of handling classified information and the rules at the State Department regarding its protection

Technical bullshit.

If you went through the way every one of her predecessors handled the same level of classified info, you could find examples of such technical violations too.

The idea that anyone could handle that sheer volume of information without occasionally making a minor mistake or oversight here and there is not only absurd, but displays a distinct level of immaturity on your part as well.

Grow up.

That isn't technical bullshit, unless you believe Hillary isn't smart enough to understand simple government boilerplate.

You have examples of others doing what Hillary did?

Occasionally? Hillary's entire system was illegal. It by necessity removed classified material from appropriate channels.

nope. wrong yet again.
this wasn't an occasional mistake or a minor oversight - she had no way to securely handle classified info.
She had no State dept account. Any transmissions of any classified data she sent that had any classified info-
she completely ignored that in favor of using her private server.

Plus the fact she routinely used her blackberry in un-secure locations -despite being warned.
That's why Comey -who really should have indicted he under the "gross negligence" stature of the Espionage act
called her methods "extreme carelessness"

In Clinton's Memoir Hard Choices, She Also Acknowledged That She Was Warned To Leave "BlackBerry's, Laptops - Anything That Communicated With The Outside World - On The Plane" When Visiting Sensitive Countries Like Russia. "When we traveled to sensitive places like Russia, we often received warnings from Department security officials to leave our BlackBerrys, laptops - anything that communicated with the outside world - on the plane, with their batteries removed to prevent foreign intelligence services from compromising them. Even in friendly settings we conducted business under strict security precautions, taking care where and how we read secret material and used our technology. One means of protecting material was to read it inside an opaque tent in a hotel room. In less well-equipped settings we were told to improvise by reading sensitive material with a blanket over our head. I felt like I was ten years old again, reading covertly by flashlight under the covers after bedtime. On more than one occasion I was cautioned not to speak freely in my own hotel room. And it wasn't just U.S. government agencies and officials who were targets. American companies were also in the crosshairs." Classified below the level of classification that Hillary Clinton’s emails have been prepared at. He’s now preparing to go serve a one year Federal prison sentence as well as six months home monitoring and then three years Federal probation.
Machinist Mate 1st Class Kristian Saucier

Stephen Kim pleaded guilty in 2014 to disclosing a classified report on North Korea to Fox News reporter James Rosen. That was the case where the former AG Eric Holder wiretapped Rosen’s parents. His lawyer said the information at issue “was less sensitive or surprising than much of what we read in the newspaper every day.” He did 13 months in prison. Note he revealed classifed info, Hillary was reckless with top secret info as well as the lower classifications of secrets.

Bill Clinton’s National Security Adviser guilty of Destroying Documents in National Archives:“Sandy Berger … pleaded guilty in 2005 to illegally sneaking classified documents from the National Archives by stuffing papers in his suit. He later destroyed some of them in his office and lied about it.”
State Department Official Fired and Security Clearance Revoked After Linking to Classified Wikileaks Document: Peter Van Buren, a foreign service officer for Hillary’s State Department, was fired and his security clearance revoked for quoting a Wikileaks document AFTER publishing a book critical of Clinton. In fact, the Washington Post reported that one of his firing infractions was “showing ‘bad judgement’ by criticizing Clinton and then-Rep. Michele Bachmann on his blog.”
Bill Clinton’s CIA Director Was Pardoned During Plea Negotiations for Storing Classified Data on Home Computer: John Deutch, CIA director under President Clinton, was found to have classified information on a government-owned computer in his home several days after he left the CIA. He had to be pardoned in the middle of plea negotiations by Hillary’s husband.
Navy engineer sentenced for mishandling classified material: Bryan Nishimura of Folsom, California, pled guilty to the unauthorized removal and retention of classified materials during stints in Afghanistan in 2007 and 2008. Here’s the money quote from the AP – “An FBI search of Nishimura’s home turned up classified materials, but did not reveal evidence he intended to distribute them.” The exact words used to clear Hillary of her misdeeds. Instead, Nishimura was sentenced to two years probation, fined $7,500, and had to surrender his security clearance. Meanwhile, Clinton will be able to serve as Commander-in-Chief.

Low Level Submarine Shipmate Prosecuted for Less Serious Crime than Clinton: Petty Officer First Class Kristian Saucier allegedly used a cellphone camera to take photos in the classified engine room of the nuclear submarine where he worked as a mechanic, the USS Alexandria, then destroyed a laptop, camera and memory card after learning he was under investigation. He was indicted on one felony count of unlawful retention of national defense information and another felony count of obstruction of justice.
Marine Corps.il: Major Caught Sending Classified Documents to Superiors Using Personal Email Maj. Jason Brezler was dismissed from the Marine Corps when he “accidentally took home 14 documents on his personal computer, some of which were classified.” According to the report, Brezler was “in a graduate school class when he received an urgent email from military officials in Afghanistan and sent a specific document in response, using his personal email account.”

Apples and oranges.

Hillary lost.

Time to start looking forward - at the guy YOU helped elect. This is Trump's nation now, and you are 100% accountable for everything he does.

What I like is his every move will be scrutinized. Every move. Even if he shits sideways we'll know about it. Going to be a very long 4 years for him!

Yeah, I'm sure he's afraid of you stupid fucks.

Nobody gives a shit who or what he's afraid of.

He's going to live in the misery of failure, embarrassment and frustration while living as a prisoner of his own making and his own ambition.

He will rue the the day he ever thought of running for public office.

It's going to be funny to watch.
