Clinton, her husband, Bill, and her aides have said that the FBI's announcement of the renewed probe into her secret email server was a crucial factor in her election loss.

But the five-hour meeting shows that there is no bad blood between Clinton and Abedin over Weiner's role in the defeat.

There have, however, been rumblings of discontent inside the Clinton camp over Abedin's continued presence at the loser's side.

Campaign staffers told Vanity Fair earlier this month that they 'don't give a s***' about Abedin following Clinton's presidential loss.

In the process of the Weiner probe, investigators found that the computer contained 'thousands' of emails sent and received by Abedin, according to the warrant request.

Many Clinton staffers lashed out a Abedin after her boss's surprise loss to Donald Trump in the election.

'Maybe I'm just pissed off, but I really don't give a s*** about what happens to Huma Abedin to be honest with you,' one Clinton adviser told Vanity Fair.

That person then added that they took issue with Abedin appearing on the rope line alongside Clinton when she greeted disappointed supporters after conceding the election to Trump.

Fact remains, all of the emails that were "carelessly handled" contained information that was classified at low levels because it was publicly available anyway. Any super secret, high level, national security data that Hillary handled or transmitted herself, was treated with the utmost care and attention to maintaining security.

Congrats on being manipulated and used like a tool, fool.

If you had mentioned Clinton used a secure .gov account (at all) that would be "utmost care and maintaining security"
-she did not. she was utterly careless.
There were some Top Secret email chains in there too. Her behavior was inexcusable:

Even so, Clinton and her team still should have known the information was not appropriate for an unclassified system, Comey said.

"There is evidence to support a conclusion that any reasonable person in Secretary Clinton's position or in the position of those with whom she was corresponding about the matters should have known that an unclassified system was no place for that conversation," Comey said of some of the top secret chains.

Service men and women who go to prison for mishandling classified info do so for doing it intentionally for some illegal purpose.

As Comey affirmed and reaffirmed, in Hillary's case, there was NO CRIMINAL INTENT.

You should take some time to familiarize yourself with a few of the basic tenets of the US legal system.

Either Hillary Clinton lied to the FBI or she lied on a State Department form as she began her tenure as Secretary of State. This conclusion appears inescapable after Friday's FBI document release related to the Clinton email investigation.

As revealed by those FBI documents, Clinton told agents that she could not recall "any briefing or training by State related to the retention of federal records of handling of classified information".

But the second paragraph of the Classified Information Nondisclosure Agreement—which she signed on January 22, 2009—states that "I hereby acknowledge that I have received a security indoctrination concerning the nature and protection of classified information." The form also notes that classified information is not always so marked, but is still regulated by the agreement.

Criminal intent does not apply to stupid, there are stupid people serving in Military prisons. Ignorance of the law will not get any regular citizen a break. If you think ignorance of the law gets people out of offenses, I have to believe you don't know the law.

They weren't marked because they never went through a gov. server....the gov. never saw them to mark them.....idiot.

Was Hillary to stupid not to recognized classified material on her own....doesn't she know what is supposed to be classified when she sees it >
