During the debates, Trump had no idea what the triad even was. Your boy is both clueless and out of his league in this area. The best thing his handlers can do is take his fucking phone away from him.

As a result, aRussian military official declared to his superiors that we were in an official state of war. Nuclear carrying ships were actually called up and set to sea. After 30 minutes, that state of war was called off.

On this level, every word has meaning. Trump hasn't figured that out. I doubt he will. He's not bright enough.

If Trump was talking about actual specific plans I'd agree, but as you yourself noted it's saber rattling. A completely appropriate behavior given Putins comments on the matter.

Trump won the election by playing the same game as liberals. He meets people on their terms, and one ups the rhetoric. I believe any specific plan he has on any serious issue, will remain within the confines of those cabinet members who need to know.

So far he's out played all of his detractors. Obama and Michele's final Bitterness Tour prove this point. I am gaining confidence every day in his skill and cleverness at harnessing all tools and avenues available to him to accomplish his goals.

I just recently watched a doc. on tv about our nuclear arsenal....the military can't find anyone making 8 in. floppy disks to use in their computers....8 freakin' inch floppy disks ! 8 in' floppies were obsolete by the early 1980's,

that goes to the 'quality' of our arsenal, which puts into question to 'quantity' that is capable of actually being operational....
so the fault can be laid at the feet of every president since then, including Reagan for this oversight.....

The GAO report says that U.S. government departments spend upwards of $60 billion a year on operating and maintaining out-of-date technologies.That's three times the investment on modern IT systems.
