I just recently watched a doc. on tv about our nuclear arsenal....the military can't find anyone making 8 in. floppy disks to use in their computers....8 freakin' inch floppy disks ! 8 in' floppies were obsolete by the early 1980's,
that goes to the 'quality' of our arsenal, which puts into question to 'quantity' that is capable of actually being operational....
so the fault can be laid at the feet of every president since then, including Reagan for this oversight.....
