You are a first-class a$$hole and as usual you're moving the goalposts. The call was initiated and set up by Dole, not the Taiwanese president. Dole must be getting senile to flout protocol, and trump is just as bad for buying into the decision. You want to make it about who called first then be my guest but it doesn't change that facts that this move was intended to provoke.

And stop trying to pretend you're not yurt when everybody knows you are. Your m.o. is the same no matter which new name you choose. Bash Zappa, bash Rune, call people liars...those are your standards and they haven't changed in all the years you've been here.

No one is going to go to war over a piece of oceanographic equipment. If the Chinese has seized the "Bowditch" itself, that would have been a whole different scenario. That being said, Trump is a wildcard to China. His campaign which they listened too clearly states he is not going to treat China with kidsgloves. His cabinet picks, though not anti-China, are certainly not pro-China. They are watching.
