I dont know where you are but some States have possession of full auto parts as illegal in that state specific. Not here in Texas though.
Hell you can buy the jig to drill the third hole required. It really is silly frankly. I have many legal M16's and full auto AK's. Fun for a short time but when your paying for the ammo gets a little expensive real quick :) SlideFire stocks are legal and fun as hell if you want legal full auto "experience" and more accurate IMHO.

On Many of my AR/AK builds I use a can. They really work well and direct all the blast/noise away from the shooter. Perfectly legal.

What the 10th declares is the fact that the states/people have no recourse once they have granted the Federalist Central Government 'power' though the acts of representative legislation. All federal laws are represented by the STATES and ratified by the states/people. The authority the STATES/PEOPLE reserve for themselves are THE WORDS (i.e., LAWS) not recorded though congressional representation or the Constitution.

Simply read the 10th in the context it was written. "....the powers NOT DELEGATED to the United States (the central government) nor PROHIBITED (representative acts) by it TO the STATES .....are reserved to the states, or to the people respectively." -- the 10th Amendment

In other words...where SILENCE exists in both acts of representative legislation or the Constitution...that silence belongs to the states to make law as they see fit...as there is no evidence or possibility of conflict. As nothing conflicts with words or authorizations that don't exist.

Of course....now, the left claims the 10th might as well have been rescinded because they can see nothing new from that which already existed in the constitution. They refuse to accept the premise that the silence of the constitution belongs to the people that drafted it and ratified...the STATES/PEOPLE. They want to SELF PROFESS they have the power to opine words into that contract of negative rights that was made to limit the power and scope of Federalism at the Central Government level. The first time the courts acted as if they were blind in relation to the 10th amendment was in 1931 when they defined the 10th not as an amendment but a "TRUISM" whatever the hell that might be....really a TRUISM not to be used as litigating precedence?

That's how the left rolls....through the self professed power of a bought and paid for OLIGARCHY that has never seen representation from the people...SCOTUS. Thus the dog and phony show every time a seat opens up....the left rushes to make law from the bench.

I don't. I believe in solving our federal problem at the federal borders with the federal powers already delegated in our federal Constitution; on a permanent basis through Commerce, well regulated.

Oh it will work, but even i question if we need a wall. Just take away the freebies and these invaders will self-deport. No more welfare and free health care and free k-12.
