The only time abortion should be a medical procedure is in the extremely rare instance of a woman's life being put at risk at a stage of pregnancy a baby could not survive outside the womb. It has been the law since 1967. As I've already said over 90% are medical abortions in the first trimester. The cutoff point is 24 weeks although there is talk of reducing that to 22 weeks.

So prosecute them all. Taking a few examples of bad circumstances to justify the wanton slaughter of unborn children is unacceptable logic- because it's not logic.

trump would be smart to back away from his rabid positions on abortion. I predict that if he doesn't, some of his exes will be coming out of the woodwork to say he pressured them into having abortions.
