WTF does it matter? I made it VERY clear that the list were of "possible charges". I ask you again, are you stating the list does not represent possible charges? A former AG says they are.

LOL- so what We NOW know the DOJ was interfering in the investigation that began in 2015-the possible charges are in play.

I understand why you cant provide the answer to a vey straightforward question- it requires honest debate.

No- the investigation was never ended. New evidence is being examined.

bill created his own mess in Office, and there weer special prosecutors back then..

It's still possible for a special prosecutor to be called -but not thru Congress.

Only DoJ could do it ( to my understanding) and if DoJ is already quashing grand juries/investigative tools -
why on earth would they undermine their own quashing?

There's nothing to say unless the list is filled out with specifics of what action each charge covers. Honest debate means you would have provided that.

1) she is currently being investigated by the same FBI based on new evidence...
2) Comey specifically stated he had not investigated Hilliary on any charge of perjury in her testimony before Congress and that Congress would have to proceed on that....
