“Does bombing suspect deserve due process?”

where do I state that i'm an anarchist?

who am I? it's called being one of 'we the people', you know......we the people wrote the constitution, therefore we the people get to say what it entails and when the government is outside of it. not you statists who demand that the feds protect you from the mean assed liberals or conservatives, or the mean bin ladens of the world.

You don't have to state it for your words to show it.

There is a process for doing what you say. You, as you have stated on other threads, think if you disagree with a cop asking you to do something you can simply walk away. Not how it works not does it make me a statist for following the process. It makes you an anarchist for thinking you don't.

they do NOT interpret the constitution, retard. they didn't write it, we the people did. only WE THE PEOPLE can interpret it. Leaving a branch of the federal government that was created by the constitution to interpret the constitution leaves the constitution open to being disassembled. dont' fucking allow it, retard.

You're too stupid to comprehend how ignorant your post is.

if a cop ASKS me to do something, i damn sure can decline. If he states i'm being detained, that's another story. idiot. that doesn't make me an anarchist. freedom lover, but not anarchist,

If you decline, he can, by force if necessary, detain you. That you think you can kill him, as you stated, because he uses force is incorrect. Thinking you can doesn't make you a freedom lover but an anarchist.

I guess a lesson in the laws is in order for you.

The cop can ONLY detain me if he/she has REASONABLE AND ARTICULATE SUSPICION THAT I HAVE COMMITTED A CRIME, AM COMMITTING A CRIME, OR AM ABOUT TO COMMIT A CRIME.
do you understand that part? If said cop has no reasonable suspicion, all they can do is make requests and I can deny them all day long. If a cop detains me ILLEGALLY (it happens, look up the case law) then the cop is NOT operating within his specific legal duties and is outside of the law. Now, the states have decreed that you and I are too stupid to know whats legal and illegal, whats right and wrong, and that a cops life is more valuable than ours, so they have deleted your right to resist an unlawful arrest by mandating that you obey and submit to an officers demand even if you know it to be wrong. that is so there is no threat to the agent of the state. your ONLY recompense for having your rights violated is to sue the government entity and/or the offending officer, at which time you will be offered a settlement or, if your case goes to trial and you win, you will be awarded damages in the form of money. Do you see where I got the money part now?

Now, and here's the part you'll probably hate, if the police use an amount of force that leads you to believe you are in danger of death or serious bodily injury, you are allowed to resist that amount of force with an appropriate amount of force and if that force ends up taking the life of the officer, you are allowed to present a case of self defense to the courts and a jury. See, we the people are not worthy of having the right to kill, like your precious cops do, because we are scum and they are god.

this class is over, there will be no test. you're welcome.

The lesson you haven't learned is at the point in time it's happening, you don't get to make that determination. Because you disagree with what they suspect doesn't make their suspicion automatically unreasonable. You seem to think so.

Please take the approach you have when it comes to such a situation. I'll read about it in the news and your obituary.

give us a simple and logical explanation of why a cop MUST be obeyed when they are wrong......

You missed the entire point because you're an idiot anarchist.

The problem is you make the determination of right/wrong based on whether or not you agree/disagree. To you, if you disagree, it's automatically wrong and you think that means you can do whatever you want.

you're making dumbassed assumptions. my determinations are based on the law. yours are based on your feels. are you a closet liberal?

You determinations are based on whether or not you agree. It's if I don't think I'm wrong, I don't have to do what someone in authority tells me.

Dear dumbass; please do that the next time the cops pull you over....better yet, start fighting with them and resisting arrest. One less moron in the world.
