Does he deserve it? I can't say. Should he get it? Yes. Because we as a country are better than that.
What should have been done to him is make sure those questions did need to be asked.

Absolutely, if it were up to Trump this war criminal would never have made it into the country, it is the patriotic duty of any US citizen to burn a mosque and kill Muslims whereever they are able.
He deserves due process under military law, he is a war criminal not a civilian criminal.
What should have happened is to have made sure that your questions about going to the hospital, getting medical treatment, having a trial and getting a lawyer need not be asked.

I cant believe we are even asking this question in 2016 America...
What do you think? Should the accused bombing suspect get to go to the hospital after having been shot? Should he get medical treatment? Should he get a trial? Should he have access to lawyers?
Why do you hate the Bill of Rights?
Yes to all the above.

He's a civilian. Never captured on the battlefield.
I'd say you hated the Bill of Rights, but it's obvious a cunt like you hasn't a fucking clue about its contents.

That's quite impossible, as his skin isn't white. What if he's meets the designation of enemy combatant?
To bad George Carlin is dead. He'd be the perfect person to decide who is an enemy combatant."collateral damage" "signature strikes" -yes. Which is not to say we should not drone.
It's the quality of target acquisition that makes the difference + it should be under military control
He's an enemy infiltrator you dumb fuck.
I think you will be very surprised about the future we are headed to. As more of these attacks happen the more these questions will be asked. I would imagine if we were to face daily terror attaks like Israel more people would be willing to just turn a blind eye and give the perpetrators a bullet to the head.
In fact I think if there was a nuclear themed terror attack it will be all you can do to keep muslims out of conentration camps.
