I do know if I had a crappy life in a shitty place like Baltimore that gets SO MUCH MONEY from the state of Maryland,

I completely agree that many liberal whites don't give two shits about blacks despite their lip service but the Republican Party hasn't exactly made itself a welcome place for blacks to come.
As far the '94 crime bill it did put more blacks in prison than any other President but were Republicans fighting against it? When Trump said law and order 20 some odd times during his convention speech do you think blacks heard anything other than "put more blacks in jail"?
Republicans aren't in a position to get black voters right now. Where we are really fvcking ourselves is with Hispanic voters. They are growing and are a larger voting block than blacks. Republicans actually have a shot at the Hispanic vote but people like Trump are just destroying it.
