#notmypope

I don't have a problem with Papa Frankie's comment. He's saying the same thing I've been saying all along.

"Speaking onboard the papal plane as he returned to Rome from Poland, the Pope told reporters why he doesn't uses the word "Islam'' when discussing terrorism.

"It's not right to identify Islam with violence. It's not right and it's not true,'' he said. "I believe that in every religion there is always a little fundamentalist group.'' And referring to organised crime in Italy, he added: "These are baptised Catholics. If I speak of Islamic violence, then I have to speak of Catholic violence.''

Who says it is?

Apart from "The_Donald" on a Trump subReddit? :)

Understandable since he isn't doing/saying anything about radical Islam, and his people dying all over the world. He's more concerned with global warming and the US presidential election.

He needs to be recalled. If there is such a process.

WOW! So he is comparing ISIS, a 100 thousand force, to the mafia...??

He's finally lost it. #recallthepope.

Because haters don't agree with him?

Maybe because 300 french have died at the hands of "peaceful muslims" like you claim. You and your ilk are complete morons, and should never lead nations. That's why people die to Islam. Thanks to weak PC leaders.

Why is he making excuses for islamism rather than defending the genocide against his own people. He's failing on many levels.

I don't know, but my guess is he's a disciple of multiculturalism.

It is unsettling for the Pope[!] to be so ignorant of the church's history vis a vis Islam. And even worse to invoke the 'we did it too' moral equivalency in the face of Christian genocide in the Middle East. I guess if you're a Christian in Mosul or Syria it sucks to be you.

What would Jesus think? Rather, was does He think lol.

This particular Pope has a vague memory that Popery evolved out of Christianity, so the American Mammon-worshippers hate him.
