Should trump's kkk heritage be taken into consideration?

that a very pro illegal immigration judge would have a bias against the biggest anti illegal immigration advocate in the country or maybe the world? That has nothing to do with the case?

Did your idol say the judge was "pro illegal immigration," or did he say he is "Mexican"? :)

I don't see why it shouldn't be addressed, especially when daddy Trump was a democrat. Yes, I can totally see him in the clan.

Trump was a Democrat too, not so long ago.

The case isn't about immigration....

The judge, any judge on this level will back everything they write as it will be reviewed, & in this case, the court of public opinion as well.....

That dirty don or any other white collar criminal would want a judge they could influence, bully etc is hardly unique, what is, perhaps, is that dirty don would double down on his hustle w/ another....

of course it isnt about immigration but a conflict still appears. If it was another more unkown advocate against illegal immigration it might be ok. I would have expected a judge to voluntarily recuse himself but of course he wants to continue with it as it is not every day that a pro illegal immigration judge has power over a yuge anit illegal immigration advocate.

You seem angry about it. Are you OK? Need a tissue? :)

I thought that background couldnt affect bias and prejudice? Which is why the judge couldnt be biased even if he was pro illegal immigration and belonged to a lawyer group affiliated with la raza and gave scholarships to illegal immigrants?

OOOOOPS

Idiot Trump supporter is still using the out-dated talking points & thinking it's the activist "La Raza" and not the association of lawyers "La Raza." Who gave ONE scholarship to a student who turned out to be illegal.

What a complete & utter buffoon you are. Trump counts on you & your smiley face.

Yea, he must be sticking in there so he can stick it to the dirty don...

Civil rights lawsuit

In 1973, the U.S. Justice Department's Civil Rights Division filed a civil rights suit against the Trump organization charging that it refused to rent to black people. The Urban League had sent black and white testers to apply for apartments in Trump-owned complexes; the whites got the apartments, the blacks did not. According to court records, four superintendents or rental agents reported that applications sent to the central office for acceptance or rejection were coded by race. A 1979 Village Voice article quoted a rental agent who said Trump instructed him not to rent to black people and to encourage existing black tenants to leave. In 1975, a consent decree described by the head of DOJ’s housing division as "one of the most far-reaching ever negotiated," required Trump to advertise vacancies in minority papers and list vacancies with the Urban League. The Justice Department subsequently complained that continuing "racially discriminatory conduct by Trump agents has occurred with such frequency that it has created a substantial impediment to the full enjoyment of equal opportunity."[13]

I know.. That is why they like him..

Big mouth bigotry appeals to a certain segment of this country, unfortunately for him/fortunately for us, there are not enough of "them" to get him elected.

Not sure why you edited my post. What exactly is your point?
