Should trump's kkk heritage be taken into consideration?

Now if he picks christie & can be the biggest big mouth tix of all time..

I hope you're right, I never thought he would make the nominee.

I am glad he did want I wanted and that is breaking up the GOP and smashing them to shambles, unfortunately the Dems are still going strong, but they are weaker because of Sanders. Now, we need a viable third party.

I predict Hillary is going to win. It is what it is.

So when he got caught, and the government couldn't be bought, he finally did what he ought?

At the time the courts were more interested in correcting the discriminatory practices rampant in NYC than handing down fines and sentences for racist offenders.
The Trumps were forced by the courts to end their well known housing discrimination and were also forced to advertise to minorities that their properties were open to them.
Trumps "deal" implicitly admitted that Trump Management Inc was indeed racially discriminatory and not in compliance with the Fair Housing Act.

Pimp thinks that because they didn't go to jail , they weren't guilty of racial discrimination.
The "deal" he made with the courts says otherwise.

So Trump and his father got into some bother when they got caught, then when he and his paw thought a deal could be sought they followed the law?

LOL.. I totally agree about a third party or more...

IMHO Sanders is not weakening, but strengthening the party & pulling the so called center a bit back to the left... trump will help in that regard as well...

If he gets elected the tea party will be shitting bricks....

Not surprisingly, Trump struck a "deal" with the courts and the racially discriminatory practices of the Trump organization came to an end by court decree.

On June 10, 1975, they signed an agreement prohibiting the Trumps from “discriminating against any person in the terms, conditions, or priveleges of sale or rental of a dwelling.” The Trumps were ordered to “thoroughly acquaint themselves personally on a detailed basis” with the Fair Housing Act.

The agreement also required the Trumps to place ads informing minorities they had an equal opportunity to seek housing at their properties.

no money judgment?.....that means the government folded then.....agreeing not to discriminate is merely an agreement to follow the law.....

That seems to be the history of the mater.
In his presentation to the courts Trump pretended not to know about the Act and feigned ignorance of the ,then, five year old law.
Just like he didn't "know" who David Duke was in 2016. Trump seems to have a memory of "convenience".

if there is truth to that you ought to be able to document it......if you are simply lying you won't......let's see which it is......

Holy crap!

Somebody living in New York City cried "racism"?

How unusual. I've lived here my whole life and never seen that before.

Or maybe he doesn't commit every fringe creep to memory, or at least forgets about them after a quarter century.

I understand that you can't, what with the circles you move in.

The courts agreed that if they stopped illegally discriminating based on race and advertised their compliance with the Fair Housing Act, that a long drawn out criminal court battle could be avoided. The Trumps were smart to take the deal and not fight it. They knew with the mountain of evidence against them, in the form of depositions from their employees and renters alike, that they would lose big time.

Are you apologizing for Trump's politically convenient memory about racists on the national political scene that he is on the record commenting about before?
I see...
