Credit congress for raising taxes a trillion. There was a small dip in spending but 2015 was the highest ever.
But BO wanted the taxes and congress gladly obliged.
Zap points out the record levels of INDIVIDUAL tax receipts which would suggest he's ok with companies paying less.
Is this something to celebrate ?

NOWHERE in the OP does it claim Obama reduced the deficit by a Trillion dollars between 2015 and 2016.

let's see if we can simplify this for you, Zap.......if you have twenty gallons of water in a bathtub and you take a gallon out leaving nineteen, you have reduced the amount of water in the bathtub by one gallon........if you had planned on adding a gallon of water in a bathtub and don't, there are still twenty gallons of water in the bathtub and you haven't reduced the amount of water in it......the one trillion he had planned to add to the deficit but didn't, did not cut the deficit.......it actually went UP over half a trillion, an increase.....does that clear things up for you?.......
