Is Teflon Don winning white women?

For Donald Trump to win the White House, he'll need the votes of women like lifelong Republican Wendy Emery.

Yet the 52-year-old business owner from the suburbs of Columbus, Ohio, is struggling with the notion that Trump is her party's presumptive presidential nominee, and she can't commit to voting for him.

Emery's negative impression of Trump is shared by most of the dozens of white, suburban women from politically important states who were interviewed by The Associated Press this spring. Their views are reflected in public opinion polls.

Obama and Clinton have that in common....they can both say, "If I had a son he might look like this"......

Teflon Don woos women

Days after The New York Times published a story chronicling instances in which Donald Trump crossed the line with women, a former Miss Universe is sharing how the Republican shamed her decades ago, even going as far as to call her “Miss Piggy”.

In an interview with Jim Moret that will air Thursday, Alicia Machado said that after winning the Miss Universe contest in 1996 as a 19-year-old Miss Venezuela, the billionaire ordered her to lose weight.

Trump publicly called Machado an “eating machine” in an interview with Howard Stern and invited nearly 100 media outlets to watch her exercise in a gym.

“She weighed 118 pounds or 117 pounds. So this is somebody that likes to eat,” Trump said.

But he went even further in his criticism of her diet in private.

“He called me Miss Piggy. I was very depressed in that moment.”

Machado said Trump not only made her feel “fat,” but he also ridiculed her English-speaking ability, calling her “Miss Housekeeping.”

Machado will become an American citizen in time to vote for the November election.

As for whether she would cast her ballot for Trump, she burst into laughter.

Trump bullied her “all the time,” she said. And the billionaire didn’t deny it, “To that, I will plead guilty.”

This deserves a bump. I guess cons really believe there's nothing Trump could do or say that'll cost him votes from women.

Ms. Machado is beautiful and she's not fat. I'm guessing Trump hit on her and she turned him down. He always finds some way to denigrate those who don't worship at his feet.

What a P.O.S. he is.

I have no idea if he made crude, denigrating comments to her......you believe her if you want.....I don't even believe you, and you admitted you were guessing......

So you didn't read the article that you first replied to. Pretend you didn't read these excerpts either.

/shrugs......and you choose to believe what she said.....of course we all know you choose to believe Hillary too......

no Chrispy.....I chose to make it a separate post.....the fact it made you look like a fool for complaining was a bonus.....

Of course you did. One minute after reading my comment. I'm not surprised you think she's a liar, though. That seems to be the con response every time a woman complains of a man's piggishness.
