Federal regulations costing US $1.9T annually

The only "authorized" regulations to be performed under the Constitution (that little 8 page document that places LIMITS upon Big Brother Fed) fall into 3 categories. The no. 1 duty of Big Brother is to regulate the NATIONAL DEFENSE of the STATES..i.e, THE MILITARY. 2nd...interstate trade and commerce that insures an equal trade opportunity for each and every state and lastly 3rd. Interstate Infrastructure...connecting all states in an equal manner. EVERYTHING else is the sole responsibility of the individual states...each with their own CONSTITUTION. The duty of SCOTUS is to insure compliance with and defend the US CONSTITUTION....not to legislate new law from the bench by CHANGING the wording of the Constitution by OPINION void of REPRESENTATION. If the constitution is to be changed...it takes a 3/4 majority ratification BY THE STATES (known as an AMENDMENT)...with the signatory parties of that contract known as the US CONSTITUTION compelled to accept such as THE RULE OF LAW.

Suggesting that a branch of the Federal Government (SCOTUS) has the right to self interpret and then change the wording of that contract void of THE PEOPLEs representation is LEFT WING absurdity. In what other theater can one of the signatory parties CHANGE THE WORDS OF THE CONTRACT that binds them....especially the party upon which that same contract places limits and scope of power?

Anything outside these 3 constitutionally outlined limits....is an overreach, that includes, EDUCATION, ENVIRONMENT, FEDERAL POLICE FORCES, Health and Welfare...etc., 90% of all the federal regulations is simply a duplicate of a state program...for the sole purpose of usurping POWER over the states.

Where would we the people be without all the regulations from BIG BROTHER sticking his nose about a foot up the peoples assholes? In compliance with the Constitution and 19 trillion dollars out of debt....and there would be no possibility of the politicians purchasing votes with promises of giving shit away to those who vote for and support any particular special interest lobby efforts.

Each state with its own constitution is quite capable of policing and protecting its own people, providing for local education, etc., protecting its own environment, regulating its own specific industries and determining just who needs welfare and how much is required. All these duplications of state duties is nothing but fraud and waste...instituted to garner power and wealth by the federal politicians who have figured out they can LEGISLATE themselves WEALTH and security through the taxpayers. These federal representative jobs were never intended to be CAREER in nature....but rather to be CIVIL SERVICE in nature having a constant turnover in order to prevent CORRUPTION. Hell some of the leeches have never worked even one hour in the private sector but serve up to 50 years in office...yet they insist upon REGULATING those who do have the experience and wisdom that comes only from personal hands on KNOWLEDGE.

Its simple...the more you legislate the more you DICTATE. With every new law or regulation that comes down the pipe...someone is losing a RIGHT. You want to cut crime in half? Remove 50% of the superfluous LAWS that are arbitrary in enforcement before ENACTING MORE DICTATES not to be enforced...such as the immigration laws that BIG BROTHER REFUSES TO ENFORCE...or the IRS code that BIG BROTHER uses to pick and choose penalty for political views...etc.,

Only a left winger would suggest that MORE GOVERNMENT is a good thing. Tis the difference between conservatives and the social communists calling themselves DEMOCRATS.....the communists suggest that it is the STATE or BIG BROTHER FED that grants and regulates rights....conservatives who adhere to the constitution know the truth....our RIGHTS COME from THE PEOPLE themselves in a self governing manner through republican representation.

We the People are born with unlimited rights that are to be subject only to the COMMON LAW as a reflection of the peoples moral code. Big Brother has no moral code...he is interested only in power and influence through LEGISLATION, often void of any REPRESENTATION from THE PEOPLE. Such as the nonelected regulations that come about through all these un-constitutional federally instituted programs....or the 9 unelected, life time SCOTUS appointees, civil servants who self profess to being GREATER than the CONSTITUTION that places limits upon them. All.....circumventing the will of the people and their representation.

CURRENTLY....BIG BROTHER IS ROGUE AND OUT OF CONTROL. A BASTARD CHILD CLAIMING TO BE GREATER THAN THE PARENT (the states) THAT SIRED HIM.

Here is something to ponder. Think about all of the wonders that is aspirin. Aspirin could not get approved by the FDA today. It was grandfathered in. So the question to ask is how much needless suffering is taking place BECAUSE of regulation?

I don't have to guess what would happen if their was no regulations , history tells you all that is needed to decide for or against regulation. Capitalism has no conscience, free reign and business would eat our children for the bottom line.

Again. I don't know anyone saying there should be NO REGULATIONS. But apparently that is the logical fallacy you lefties want to bathe in.

Lefties usually take the extreme on things like that. If you oppose EXCESSIVE regulation, you support NO regulation. If you oppose Bernie Sanders free college tuition plan, you oppose education. If you are against more and more social welfare, redistribution of wealth programs, you want people to starve. If you want to save/invest your own money instead of being forced to be a part of social security, you want old people to die. If you oppose Affirmative Action, you're racist.

It's how they scare people into supporting them.
