Do you have information, that hasn't been released to the public, that would show the criminal was shot in the back?

Or is this like all the rhetoric that was voiced in the criminal Brown's death; ie: - his hands were up - he was shot while kneeling down and surrendering - he was shot in the back - etc - etc.
