What solid, sensible policies does Trump have? "I'm going to repeal Obamacare." "I'm going to build a wall between the U.S. and Mexico and make the Mexicans pay for it." "If I tell the military to do something they'll do it, guaranteed."

He's got nothing but a ginormous ego. NOTHING.

I definitely caught the irony of sending Romney out as well. We know Trump has a solid core of supporters. What we'll ultimately find out is how high his ceiling can be based on those "late deciders" and those are the minds the establishment and other conservatives are trying to influence. At least to us political junkies it's hard to imagine not having a "horse" yet but obviously not everyone follows the race like we do. :)

A. Throwing in the towel and is conceding that Trump will lead his glorious party against Hillary.

or

B. Is too embarrassed to admit the republicans are going to screw Trump and over three million of his supporters with a surprise Romney loser insertion at their brokered convention.

Kasich is simply letting the other two do his dirty work for him. Please stop putting him on this reasonable plateau. The only reason he's still in this race is to try and win his home state ( while hoping Rubio wins Florida) so Trump can't go to the convention with the required number of delegates. He's following his orders while he hopes for a VP slot. And he's no better than the mud slingers.

He is infinitely better than the mud slingers. Know why? Because he doesn't sling mud. He talks about issues.

I just watched about 15 minutes of a Trump speech. Trump says nothing. He really says absolutely nothing. He talks about the polls for awhile, then he talked again about how Jeb is "low energy," then he talked about how he shut Hillary up about the charges of sexism, and then he talked about the polls again.

What a stupid country we are. Just dopey.

Romney is not stepping in. He couldn't beat Obama and he won't beat Hillary.

The wall is fine with me -but not a solution by far. Trumps delusions it will solve immigration asides

The worst thing about Trump is he doesn't take this time to improve himself. He's got it in his head his Giant Ego is all he needs to be an effective POTUS..

I watched Ben Carson for ex. he had no idea of foreign affairs when he fiist started to run -but he STUDIED ,and he became at least
capable of handling such questions at the debates.

Trump seems to be going the opposite direction -embracing ignorance..

Ugh. I am prolly going to be forced into a 3rd party vote yet again..

probably not. Trump doesn't realize that Mexico has a lot of leverage with US trade ( they didn't get the surplus for no reason).
He's got some idea of protectionism as a cure-all. It isn't possible.

What he/anyone can do is oppose yet more counter-productive TPP stuff ( Bernie calls it "NAFTA on steroids") that Obama is trying to cram thru.
But I don't see how you can reverse the course of globalization to the extent Mexico is going to pay for it..

Trumps problem is he thinks he is the only one capable of seeing a problem, and then his massive "Trumpness"
magically makes it solvable.. we can solve a lot of problems -even income inequality as Bernie advocates.
But it takes concerted efforts and plans, not a couple of midnight Trump Tweets

I'm doing fine. and as conservative as I am, I also understand that Trump will pull in more cross over votes than your candidates could.
