Clinton Accused Again of Handling Top Secret Info Via Private Email

Funny, how some people give Cosby the benefit of the doubt but not Hillary. Hillary is guilty, and yet, she has not been tried. I think everyone can be a little hypocritical depending on the subject matter.

I'm puzzled why you say they give Cosby more benefit of the doubt......he's the one being charged.......when do you expect Bill to be charged?......

Charged with what? All his dirty laundry came out in the Starr investigation.

the same acts of sexual abuse that his political supporter Bill Cosby was arrested for.......Rana said he got more benefit of the doubt than Willy did.......as I recall women who allege they have been raped have a right to be believed and we support them............

I guess you want to think none of this ever happened.

1. In 1998, Kathleen Willey alleged Clinton groped her in a hallway in 1993. An independent counsel determined Willey gave "false information" to the FBI, inconsistent with sworn testimony related to the Jones allegation.[SUP][16][/SUP] Willey dodged perjury charges after Kenneth Starr granted her immunity for her testimony.[SUP][16][/SUP][SUP][17][/SUP] But Starr did not view her allegations as sufficiently credible to pursue them further.

2. Clinton agreed to an out-of-court settlement, paying Jones and her lawyers $850,000 to drop the suit.

3. Broaddrick's public allegation of rape on NBC news contradicted her sworn testimony in the Jones case, in which she denied that Clinton made sexual advances toward her.

How about his lying under oath, which he confessed to, and obstruction of justice, a charge in the impeachment....

Lying under oath, is by its very nature 'obstruction of justice'....

Just because a partisan Senate refused to do their duty doesn't exonerate Clinton.....

I'll go out on a limb here and say that you probably believe Hillary is innocent of the what the FBI investigation is finding out about her handling of classified material too......

The point is that Clinton was charged. Nothing was swept under the rug, in fact I recall the criticisms of the Starr report and its over-emphasis on sexual details rather than the business of government. Repubs overplayed their hand because Clinton did not commit impeachable offenses.

As far as Hillary, I'll wait until the investigation reports on its findings.

I remember the criticisms of Starr......pretty funny.....I wonder what those people expected to find the report when the investigation was about sexual harassment, and betting blow jobs in the oval office then lying about those things under oath....what else could the Starr be about but the subject....

Lying under oath and obstruction isn't impeachable ? Those aren't crimes ? “high crimes and misdemeanors” is a fairly broad phrase.....

Scooter Libby was sent to prison for lying to the FBI and obstruction.....Sen. Sampson of NY was convicted of obstruction ....the obstruction was concealing his conduct from the FBI.....

Do you think the Clintons see themselves as above the laws that others go to prison for.....

Starr was criticized by Democrats for spending $70 million on an investigation that substantiated only perjury and obstruction of justice.

Bill Clinton, was impeached by the House of Representatives on two charges, one of perjury and one of obstruction of justice.
Fifty senators voted to remove Clinton on the obstruction of justice charge and 45 voted to remove him on the perjury charge; no Democrat voted guilty on either charge.

Odd to say the least.

Months later, Clinton admitted he had a relationship with Lewinsky. Never forget the "depends on what the meaning of is is.....funny if it wasn't so sad.

It was supposed to be the Whitewater investigation, not the Clinton sex investigation. Starr is the one who broadened it to include Travelgate, Filegate and whatever other gate they could dream up.

Lying under oath and obstruction isn't impeachable ?
Is it? Apparently the lawyers didn't think so, citing that his lie didn't threaten national interests even though it was reprehensible.

Exactly. His perjury was a crime but not on a par with treason, for example.

Scooter Libby was sent to prison for lying to the FBI and obstruction.....
Libby's crime was leaking classified info, not having an extramarital affair.

Sen. Sampson of NY was convicted of obstruction ....the obstruction was concealing his conduct from the FBI.....
Don't forget embezzlement, filing false disclosure forms, funneling money into his campaign.

Do you think the Clintons see themselves as above the laws that others go to prison for.....
I don't know what they think, and neither do you or anyone else. Bill Clinton's already been punished for what he did so obviously he wasn't above the law. And if Hillary committed any crimes, she should be punished like any other schmo. Punished for real crimes though, not something righties dreamed up or something others did but weren't punished for.

He was criticized for wasting taxpayer money on issues that were out of the scope of the investigation, such as the conspiracy theory that Clinton had Vince Foster killed.

Not odd. It was a partisan witch hunt.

Months later, Clinton admitted he had a relationship with Lewinsky. Never forget the "depends on what the meaning of is is.....funny if it wasn't so sad.

What's really sad is how many of Clinton's accusers were wagging their fingers at him while doing the same thing. Henry Hyde, Newt Gingrich, Bob Livingston, Dan Burton, Helen Chenoweth... hypocrites, each and every one of them.

I was just standing here believing a woman who said she'd been raped........like I'm supposed to do............and there you go accusing her of lying......you fucking liberals are all alike........

why are you blaming Starr because the Clinton's broke so many laws?........that isn't Starr's fault.....

feel free to document the lying to FBI agents and obstruction of investigation that each of them was involved in.......

Are you stupid or what? I said I believed Jones and Broaddrick, and Willey didn't say she was raped.
