The "problem" was the delay to action. That delay was created by the governor and he has taken full responsibility for it.
He will be charged.

My apologies, I mixed up a couple posts, but if you were being the least bit honest, you'd have already admitted that.
As I stated earlier, in 2011, Flint was declared to be in a financial state of emergency, and the state took budgetary control. Therefore, all the decisions made during the water crisis were at the state level.

True... and a lot of things are done at the state level... that DO NOT have direct involvement of the governor. Which again was the point that Rune lied about.
The MDEQ was responsible for the water treatment. They failed. The EPA (under Obama) knew about the problem and told Snyder/the state. At that time, both the EPA and Snyder failed the people of Flint. THAT is what Snyder admitted to... failing in the RESPONSE to the problem. Which he did. Which the EPA did. Which the city manager did.
He is not without blame... but Rune was flat out wrong to suggest Snyder took responsibility for creating the problem.

You are simply projecting your own emotions on to me. What I stated to Rune was in no way hypocritical. I, AGAIN, was not complaining about his name calling. I was mocking him because he claims to be an intellectual and 'shithead' is not typically what you would hear in a response from an intellectual.

The "problem" is that citizens of Flint were told the water was safe when it wasn't, for over a year!
Had the public been alerted and stopped drinking the water when the governor's office found out about the lead there wouldn't have been a "Problem".
The governor has taken responsibility for the delay and thus the "problem".
He will be charged after the investigation.
