two steps in the Flint water crisis that liberals choose to ignore.....

1. http://atlantablackstar.com/2015/12/31/severely-contaminated-water-system-in-flint-prompts-calls-for-arrest-of-michigan-governor-accusations-of-genocide-against-black-people/
In 2013, the Flint city council voted 7-1 to stop buying water from Detroit, and start receiving water from the Karegnondi Water Authority according to MLive.com. The decision was supposed to save the city $19 million over eight years.
the KWA was anticipated to be ready in four years (2017)

2.
Upon learning this Detroit decided to turn the water to Flint off in 2014 instead of waiting until 2017

The decisions to disconnect from the Detroit system were initially made by the Democratic Flint council. The decision to retaliate and disconnect Flint three years early was made by the Democrats in Detroit.....

there was nothing wrong with the citys decision.

there was something REAL wrong with not treating it and lying about it

Meanwhile, those hated Republicans who decided to poison all the black children in Flint so they would never grow up to vote for their Democratic saviors?........all they did was ......
Michigan governor OKs $9.3 million to end Flint water crisis after legislature pushes it through on emergency basis
.....back in October of 2015 before you bitches even started being concerned about it......

Trying to save money was not the problem.
The problem was not telling the people that their water was poisoned for over a year.
That was the governors office's doing Pastor StormX and Snyder has fessed up to it.

you're right......there was nothing inherently wrong with the city's decision......I'm curious though about Detroit's decision to turn the water off three years before the alternate supply was available........do you see anything wrong with that decision?........

can you link me up to something that says Snyder knew the water was poisoned but kept it a secret?......

yes it was a greedy thing to do.

they thought they could squeeze more money from them before they went on their own service.

That was stupid but not criminal.
Telling a city that the water was safe when it was known not to be, is criminal.
That is what Snyder has admitted.
He is a criminal.

alling the water crisis in Flint a “disaster,” Michigan Gov. Rick Snyder took responsibility for not following up on complaints on the poisoned water and admitted it was his “Katrina” — shorthand for a complete political failure — reports the National Journal.

In an interview on Monday, Snyder admitted that his administration was aware that the state De*part*ment of En*vir*on*ment*al Qual*ity was mishandling the Flint water crisis in mid-2015, with his own chief of staff sending off an email complaining about it.

aware of it in mid-2015?....so were the rest of us....by October, 2015 the legislature had already passed the emergency relief act......the damage was done in 2014......are you claiming he knew about it and kept it a secret or that he found out about it when everyone else did?......
