Sherrod Brown "I'm not here to debate this"

This is embarrassing even by demalquedacrat standards. My guess is that Mutt supported this douchebag. Funny how all of a sudden Browny got deaf when asked a direct question.

Good stuff.

If the demalquedacrats don't come around to wanting to defending this country from the threat of muslimes, they will be slaughtered in the 2016 election. Slaughtered.
^ I'm saving this for future reference.

Obviously you have no clue what motivates Democrats. Hint: it isn't hatred.

You have more faith in the electorate than I do. But yeah, I don't know if the Dems could be less serious about the Islamic terror threat if they tried.

It borders on comical at times.

Yes, you are filled with hatred. You try to hide it with euphemisms about caring for the poor, but your policies do quite the opposite and you don't care and you refuse to see. So you are either guided by hatred or are a complete fool. Your pick.

And yes, if we have another San Bernardino in this country before November 2016 and all the demalquedacrats can do is lecture us about going easy on muslimes, your party will get destroyed at the polls.

I know she hates me; and I bathe in her hatred and cherish it with all my heart. I'd be real worried about my sanity if she were to agree with me or like me.

It absolutely is, hatred of any dissenting thought.
Hatred of Individual rights and freedoms.

You folks have MUCH more in common with Islam than you do America.

Wow...the short sightedness and absence of critical thinking skills is staggering.

Let me ask a simple question, how do you expect to defeat ISIS when such bigoted rhetoric will alienate the Muslim allies we currently have in the region and absolutely need to defeat ISIS?

This sort of rhetoric coming from government is irresponsible and counterproductive. Nor does it address the real problem in the region. Islam is not the problem. "Radicalization" of Muslims is the problem and though ISIS must be defeated on the battlefield that would only be a temporary victory if the root causes of radicalization in that region are not adequately addressed. If not addressed another radicalized group would just rise to replace them. In this regard radicalized Muslims are no different than radicalized communist or radicalized fascist or radicalized nationalist or radicalized Christians.

Islam is not the problem. The socio-economic factors that are the root cause of radicalization in the Middle East are the problem.

If these factors are not addressed all the bigoted redneck chest thumping in the world won't accomplish squat and will in fact exacerbate the situation.

The root cause of Islamic terror is Islam. Or an interpretation of it, if you want to be diplomatic about it.

The most recent shooting is yet more evidence against the proposition that radical Islam or radical Islamists are driven by social or economic injustice or imperialism or etc. The male shooter had a good government job with good benefits like government workers out in CA get.

Yet, he and his wife committed murder and mayhem in the name of Islam.

Socio-economic issues are the reason for radicalization not Wahhabism?

then why did they become radicalized? What's your fix? A final solution to the Islamic problem? You are simply wrong and don't understand the root causes of radicalization and the socio-economic factors involved. The poor are rarely radicalized so poverty in and of itself is not the cause of radicalization. Look at the membership of ISIS or the 911 terrorist. They are not composed of the poor but of relatively prosperous. The poor are to concerned about day to day survival to be radicalized so I would argue your understanding of what causes radicalization is flawed.

Which party despises Muslims, blacks, Hispanics and gays, among others? Which party wants to take away their rights? Which party wants to keep Muslims and Hispanics out of the country? Which party wants to deny women the right to choose? Which party initiated a pre-emptive war and killed innocent citizens while calling it "collateral damage"? Which party wants to cut off benefits to poor children because "they're taking our money"?

You make me laugh. Hatred is the watchword of conservatives and it's no more evident than in Trump and his supporters, some of which are members of this forum.

yes. For example of what I'm speaking. Fascism and Nazism were not the cause of radicalization in Europe of the early twentieth century but rather radicalized people were exploited by both political movements to advance their movements. Both political factions readily exchanged and converted members of the other political movement to their movements. Without large groups of radicalized persons neither party would have gained traction and the radicalized persons easily adopted then abandoned and converted to the other ideology as both ideologies appealed to the radicalized psychology. In fact Hitler in his writings boasted on how communist radicals made the best converts to the NAZI party.

So without those socio-economic factors Wahabiast, Communist, Fascist, etc, would be impotent to radicalize large numbers of people. Now in the example I used on Europe the radicalization of large masses of people in Europe was caused by economic collapse and collapse of the existing social order as a consequence of the catastrophic results of the First World War.

Again, I urge you to read Eric Hoffers "The True Believer" or Wiki the book for the cliff notes for some insight on the psychology and external factors of radicalization. It's very informative.

Calling out their flaws is not despising them. This is what I mean by political correctness.
