Vigilante gun Nut KILLS Innocent Man

Correct, his CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS were taken away by a rabid gun nut out for blood.

His right to a FAIR TRIAL was taken away by a vigilante looking to kill.

His right to DUE PROCESS was taken away by another coward with his "courage" strapped to his hip.

Good thing you don't make assumptions like I do.

And when was he CONVICTED of the crimes you accuse him of?

He was INNOCENT until proven guilty in a court of law...sadly he never got his day in court thanks to a trigger happy gun nut out to satisfy his lust for blood.

he grabbed the officers gun and tried to murder him. He also charged at the officer. He was a violent thug.

I can forgive people for not supporting zimmerman. it's a he said she said case and you can make up your own reality. Supporting brown though is pants on head retarded.

AGAIN... why didn't the vigilante PULL HIS GUN and simply hold Ramon until help arrived? There is zero evidence that the thief advanced on him with the wood club. I can't believe you guys think this is okay, following someone and shooting him over a few bottles of beer.

And you of all people talking about being a good witness for cops!

There is zero evidence that the thief advanced on him with the wood club.????

There is zero evidence that the thief didn't advanced on him with the wood club.....

There was a big log on the scene and probably evidence on the guys hands and clothes....so your conclusion isn't accurate, is it ?

You think a guy who is being followed after robbing a store has the right to threaten the good Samaritan with a log? Ok.

Sgt. Kimberly Bay said "Ideally, we would like people to just be a good witness and call 911. If you see something happening, just call and give the best description you can," Bay said. "But everybody makes a decision that feels right for them."

The fact of the matter is none of us here know at what distance the guy who followed the robber did from. We don't know if he was across the street we don't know if he was one foot from him.

because not everyone is a scared granny like you that needs the cops (who they usually hate) to come save them.

This guy is a maker. He took action and reshaped reality in his own image. And it was good.

Sorry to bust your bubble but I'm not a granny, nor do I believe in someone taking the law into their own hands over a misdemeanor. But I'm not surprised you'd support this killing, there's a lot of precedent here for your sociopathic views.

Let's recap:

Person A stole beer from a Circle K and took off

Person B called the DULY DEPUTIZED LAW ENFORCEMENT to report the crime and then followed the suspect, Person A, on his bike to identify him to police

Person A then threatened (or possibly attacked) Person B with a log

Person B shot Person A

Yet to Zappa the man who robbed the store and threatened the good Samaritan with a log is the victim here.

Enquiring minds want to know how fast a guy can run when he's carrying two cases of beer.

That's lame even for you, putting violent crime on the same level as shoplifting.

Shoplifting is not a crime that citizens need to get involved, a mugging, possibly, a rape, very definitely, but shoplifting, unless you just trip them as they run away, or take their picture for identification, but following them out of the store when you aren't police or store personnel, that is above and beyond the call of duty.

race has nothing to do with whether or not he was justified in using force. You think the man should have let himself be physically harmed prior to defending himself.

Another instance of dead men tell no tales. How quick you guys are to defend the shooter when you don't even know if his story was true or if he was covering his arse.

Yeah, who doesn't have a phone with a camera nowadays.

That's because the guy didn't wait until he was hit.

I guess Christie thinks if a guy is coming at you with a knife, you must wait until he stabs in order to fight back....

Does and attacker with a gun get one free shot before you shoot him ?

I wonder how it works with rape...do you wait until he's in you to start to fight back ?

And your point, except for you FEELING you've made some kind of moral point.
Or is this like the liberal proclamation that the Dispatcher TOLD Zimmerman not to follow?

He took the law into his own hands, when the psychopath tried to hit him with a club.
