Wahhh, Starbucks's cups are not Christmasie enough...

Would it be as bad as taking the snowflakes off your "Christmas" cups? Cuz that pissed off these fundy's!

Weak and wimpy. Worthless criticism of something that almost nobody cares about. Reach for the fringe... Reach desperately... it is entertaining to those of us who don't care.

No, but you are clearly a coward because you have to dig this deep to find something to mock rather than simply criticize a religion actually doing something worth criticizing. You along with other wimpy leftists who desperately want to criticize something but are afraid to criticize something worthwhile.

I didn't dig....the article was in the palm beach post, huffing ton post and Brietbarit.

It's these Christians who had to dig deep to find something to be pissed about! I just shared their outrage on this thread! Unlike these Christians, I'm more outraged at the faux Islamist than I am at Starbucks!

Did you know there are millions of Islamists who don't support killing gay people? Lumping the crazy's with the insane is silly. Had I claimed all Christians were pissed at Starbucks over the snowflakes, that Luke have been wrong!

No, you didn't "dig" but know that the article is written by those who did to find something... So they find this about a very small group of people who care about snowflakes on cups, but still want to make a point about those horrible Christians... terrible people like spending money on festive cups...

You took this article. This one is the one you chose to make a deal about here, and I propose that it was because it is a nice safe place to go when mocking.

Two things I know: These "fundys" as you call them will not kill me for being of a minority religion. They are safe to mock and criticize, even if it is worthless nonsense like this.

However, the Islamic "fundies" (those you are careful to call "faux" rather than superfundy Muslims) slaughtering Christians, atheists, throwing gays off rooftops, etc would.

No, I pretty much just point out the cowardice of these nonsense posts. They desperately want to mock somebody, but are too afraid to criticize something that actually might need it.

Crybaby "bullsh*t" would be the people going "waah, he said we're afraid!" right?

Yeah, I agree your post is some crybaby BS.

Anyway, I will continue to mock idiots who think that it's "Christians" complaining when "holiday cups" lose snowflakes...

Christians are complaining. Along with those noted in Jarod's linked story there's...

http://www.nydailynews.com/news/nat...ts-upset-starbucks-red-cups-article-1.2427180

Minimalism is a growing trend in most print and web design, but this clown feels that it is all about persecuting Christians with a war on Christmas. And you, always covering for your fellow conservatives, complain with more crybaby bullshit that it's just more attacks on the poor little Christian community to take note of the fact that they are complaining? That's just absurd.

I don't feel persecuted by your incorrect claim and whataboutism fallacy concerning atheists and Islam. It was stupid and pretty obviously nonsense to anyone that pays attention. The most visible atheists, Dawkin, Maher etc, are pretty hard on Islam.

Considering that most of us here can literally walk down the street and happen upon a Starbucks, it was inevitable that lot's of people would notice the change in this year's "Holiday" Cup design...

Dude....snowflakes are not a symbol of the Christian religion.....go back to chasing ambulances......

The next thing that will probably happen, is atheists will demand that all snow be removed from any and all government property; because of the separation of Church and State. :palm:

You see, its not Christianity doing the whining about the Starbucks snowflakes.... Its weak minded silly hypocrites who see themselves as a constant victim in the War on Christianity that they imagine.

Its not as bad as the faux Muslims, I agree, but that does not mean we cant talk about it.

Its the same as when they get enraged if someone says "happy holidays".

These terrible people, wishing more people would celebrate the time of year openly. Horrific they are....

I'm glad you brought this to my attention, because it is important and stuff... Yeah! I said it. And stuff!

Wishing more people would celebrate the time of year openly?

What does that even mean? Why is Starbucks responsible for making people "celebrate this time of year openly"?

What do snowflakes on a cup have to do with "celebrating this time of year openly"?

Nobody says they are "responsible", Jarod. Only you do. These people are an aside, who seem to care more than you do about snowflakes on cups. Seriously. Get a grip. There are, which has been pointed out to you, far more important matters to go an criticize a whole religion over. On the scale of "fundyism" this reaches about a 2, while throwing a homosexual from a high rise building is a bit higher on that scale.

Tell me why are you so afraid of people who want snowflakes on a cup? Why do you think it is important that Starbucks ignore paying customer's who like seeing the snowflakes? Why should they not tell the place they spend money that they would prefer a more celebratory cup? They are paying a ridiculous sum for a Venti Mocha....

I'm glad you are there though to tell me how bad these people are for liking snowflakes on cups. Otherwise I'd never have seen this super important issue that clearly indicates Christians are evil.

Pointing out anything silly done by a Christian or a group of Christians is not allowed, because some from Islam kill gays.

I don't care what Starbucks puts on a cup. I don't like when religious fundamentalists, in the United States, try to bully private organizations in the name of Christ. Particularly, I don't like my God being used in that way.

You keep trying to take the part of this relating to Christmas out of the discussion but you are trying to defend these whack jobs by screaming that members of another religion do much worse in the name of their god. (silly)

They make this fake war on Christmas every year to make themselves feel self-righteous using the God I respect and believe in to do it. Its shameful.

This was the important issue you brought to us. This is the one that you thought we should all talk about. I'm just pointing out how silly this criticism really is, and it seems to make you defensive and attempt to say inanities.

It's okay, Jarod. You've saved us from the evil snowflake-loving, coffee-drinking, superfundy Christians!

I love the Chrstianmockingtime Holiday. It tells me what Jarod thinks is important.

Starbucks should be bullied to no end.

It is one of the issues I have brought us. How many war on Christmas threads do those of us who do not believe there is a war on Christmas deal with every year. Some atheist wants baby jesus taken down from the lobby of a Courthouse or some shit like that. You don't mind when those get posted. So you have a double standard, protect Christians when they claim a false war on Christmas, but if anyone points out how silly it is, they don't care about Islam killing gaus.... Ugh your team binders are powerful today.

Desperate to make fun of the religious, but too afraid to make fun of Islam liberals look to fringes to find some sort of nonsense to mock the religion that atheists, Jews, Wiccans, Buddhists and Pagans have lived in unity with for over 150 years rather than discuss people who throw gay people from buildings and stone to death the faithful of their own religion for eloping...

This is IMPORTANT people, LOOK! The "tolerant" continue to want somebody to mock they know won't attack them!

If you look around the world... Which religion do you see that will actually kill Atheists?

What happens in my own nation is my business, what Saudi Arabia does is its.

So you want me to stop criticizing a small minority of Christians in order to paint all of Islam with a broad brush? This is desperate red herring tactics.
