I wonder if JEB is behind this...

It does not matter, does it. If we are talking about the legality of publishing it, the Constitution gives them the right, regardless of intent.

You could argue that they should not publish it, but I am surprised that you would support the Government keeping this information from the media and that you would support limits on what a news paper can legally publish.

Then you would have no problem in the publication of the names and addresses of women who've been raped or had an abortion.

Then what are you "compensating" for; as some liberals are so fond of suggesting?

He has no need for a gun yet he owns one. Another in a long line of Jarod hypocritical positions.

Remember his whine feat about having his yacht pulled over?

Ya gotta love libbies

Laws and rules for everyone but them

What did Jeb do that you disagreed with?

Seriously? I don't have all night to outline the majority of his actions as Governor.

He instituted a standardized testing system that punishes schools if their students do not perform well on.
He appointed several judges whom I believe are poor jurist.
He ended the public library system in the State.
Don't get me started on Terri Schiavo.
JEB signed into law Medical Malpractice Reform that failed to address the problems and was recently confirmed to be unconstitutional by the Florida Supreme Court.
Vetoed the use of State money to fund promising Stem Cell research.
He Supported Private Prison system
He Supported Sentencing guidelines taking human discretion away from Judges.
He supported the SYG law, signed it into law.
Helped enact minimum mandatory sentencing for certain crimes.
Supported the Death Penalty.
Supported increased penalty for marijuana possession.
Attempted to repeal caps on class size for public schools.
Promoted school prayer.
Expanded offshore oil drilling.

I can come up with a whole lot more....

I don't think gun ownership should be illegal. My grandfather left the gun to me in his will. I enjoy owning it.

I can come up with a whole lot more....

Lets start at the top...
State policies that rewarded or punished schools and their staffs for test scores became commonplace in the 1990s. (Clinton's years in office) The No Child Left Behind (NCLB) act federalized this approach and made it in some respects more draconian.
NCLB was coauthored by Representatives John Boehner (R-OH), George Miller (D-CA), and Senators Edward Kennedy (D-MA) and Judd Gregg (R-NH).

Sounds pretty bi-partisan to me...are you sure you're blaming the right people ???

poor jurists ?...a matter of opinion

A list of public libraries in Fla....I see hundreds ? http://tinyurl.com/2m9f78
He supported voluntary prayer and you support mandatory non-prayer ?....why do you hate freedom ?
Schiavo? and the rest of your list are just matters of personal opinion....

I disagree with Gov Bush on these points. You asked what I disagreed with him on.... in fact it was said that I agree with him on most things. I don't.

Now, if you want to debate each of these issues... fine I will debate them, but that was not the reason I listed what I disagreed with Gov. Bush on.

And do you take issue with Zappa constantly calling you a 'gun nut'....you did say you own a gun....a little 9mm semi-auto is it....?

OWNING a gun does not make one a "gun nut"

Pretending to be Marshall Dillon, walking around in public with your gun strapped to your hip, DOES make one a gun nut.

Of course I've made that distinction a half dozen times before, but lying Righties refuse to acknowledge the truth.

your hypocritical cowardice and prejudices are not truth

...nor are they intelligent. ;)

The truth is that I have NEVER said owning a gun makes one a gun nut, but lying Righties LIKE YOURSELF just can't admit as much.

That's why you cover your lies with incomprehensible jibber jabber.

You've got to make sure no one realizes all the lies you tell about others at JPP every single day.

your idiocy is in saying that anyone who CARRIES a gun is a gun nut, making you a sycophantic retard to begin with, but then compounding your idiocy by exempting a group of people because of their particular occupation. that's not a lie, it's plain and unadulterated fact.
