It does not matter, does it. If we are talking about the legality of publishing it, the Constitution gives them the right, regardless of intent.
You could argue that they should not publish it, but I am surprised that you would support the Government keeping this information from the media and that you would support limits on what a news paper can legally publish.

Mr. Constitution thinks there should be LIMITATIONS and RESTRICTIONS placed on the 1st amendment.
Naturally he won't accept any such limitation or restriction placed on his precious 2ndc amendment.

When Charlie Crist was my Republican governor however, I liked a majority of the things he did.
