Mexico's government 'strongly rejects' upcoming execution in Texas of Mexican citizen

Dogs are almost invariably pretreated for rabies. When people exhibit symptoms of rabies they are not treated, other than end of life treatment because they will die, in pain and hallucinating.

When people are bitten by a dog with rabies, the dog is killed and it's head cut off. The person is then treated.

Because we cannot treat the dog any more than the human. At that point we show humane treatment to the animal but we do not do the same for the human. Instead we make them suffer.

If it is known the animal has rabies there is no need to cut the head off the animal though, that's just emotive unrealistic jingoism.

The reality is we treat the dog more humanely than we do a human in the same circumstance.

No, they have to remove the head to prove rabies, and there is a treatment for those bitten by rabid dogs, WTF are you talking about?

Actually, yes it is. And I defy DP opponents to tell me they wouldn't change their tunes if their families were victimized in such a brutal premeditated way.

I defy anyone to prove beyond a shadow of a doubt that the convicted is indeed guilty. Human memory, vision, honesty and sense of justice are too fallible to allow the death penalty to exist. I don't expect you to understand the nuances involved here Boris.

So when they catch the guy driving around, with a dismembered corpse in his trunk, a journal that outlines the murder, and he confesses; the death penalty shouldn't be a consideration?

Prove a dirty cop didn't plant all that stuff and frame the guy.

all a good defense attorney needs to do is to plant the seeds of doubt in the jury... he doesn't need to prove the cop was dirty... just that there is reasonable doubt that he was NOT clean.

I know bunches of clean cops. Both in Mexico and in the US.

but I should tell you, your hyperbole is showing and it is very unattractive.

Ever notice that these same leftist retards who support these scumbags are the same ones who paint all cops as dirty?

Ever notice that these same rightie retards who want people killed by the state regardless of guilt or innocence are the same ones who support dirty cops?
