What is a 'well educated person degree'? I've never heard of it. I'm assuming there's something political behind it

A much better question, dimwit, would be; can one have a degree and not be educated.

You really are a dunce aren't you? You're proof that one can be educated, and still be a gullible ignorant buffoon. You can't even write a coherent gramatically correct sentence. I rest my case, yes, you can have a degree and still be a dunce.

Apparently Jarod got an education, but still cannot write coherent gramatically correct sentences. Evidence that you can have a degree, and still be a dunce.

"definitely"... there are plenty of very well educated folks who have a tough time with grammar. Einstein was one.

my grandfather was orphaned at age eleven... quit school in the fourth grade and went out on his own... he did a lot of things early in life, but ended up working for a wagon company, that was bought up by a large farm implement firm... he rose to be vice president and board member of that fortune 500 company without any more formal education than fourth grade, but he was an extremely well read, self taught man.... sans degree, however.

Bill Gates, Richard Branson, Warren Buffet, Michael Dell to name a few, of course it depends on what you mean by well educated. I wonder if Jarod has heard of an autodidact?

Two left-wing ones - Harry Pollitt, Secretary of the Communist Party of Great Britain, whom I met when I was eight, and (I think) Tony Cliff of the Socialist Workers' Party (as I recollect, the British arrested him in Palestine before he could complete his finals). Either could have wiped out intellectually anyone posting here, including me.

Jarod is confused as typical and incapable of communicating coherently; in another thread he declared that having a college degree and being educated, were TWO different things. My counter was that one cannot have a degree, and not be educated.

I did qualify it by stating that one can indeed have an education, proof of which would be the degree, and still be ignorant, he being the perfect example; assuming, of course, that Jarod actually has a degree which I am doubtful of based on his many stupid posts on this forum.

This is a carryover from the dullard race hustling attack thread on Megan Kelly who has a Juris Doctorate.

I never met any of these guys, but none of them graduated from college:

George Washington (The death of his father ended Washington's formal schooling)
Andrew Jackson
Martin Van Buren
William Henry Harrison (attended college but never received a degree)
Zachary Taylor
Millard Fillmore (founded the University at Buffalo, The State University of New York)
Abraham Lincoln (had only about a year of formal schooling of any kind)
Andrew Johnson
Grover Cleveland
William McKinley (attended Allegheny College and Albany Law School but did not receive degrees)
Harry S. Truman (went to business college and law school but did not receive a degree)

Great story; but the question was, can one have a College degree, and not be educated?

The real question is; can one have a college degree and not be educated? Jarod believes they are TWO different things.
