Reading up on it, there's clearly no concrete definition. I even saw one explanation that pursuing a masters and a doctorate is "graduate" work, and any work done after a doctorate is "post-graduate." Never heard that before... but who am I to say otherwise?

Maybe some definitions are antiquated. I heard my explanation 30 years ago in the university... where I was chatting with a lady in the rath and she said she was working on her doctorate paper. I said something about her being a "graudate student," after which she leapt on me and said "POST-graudate student.

Or maybe it's a regional definition.

"Post Graduate" is any work after obtaining a Bachelor’s degree. It can be a PHD, it can be another degree in a different field, it can also be any advanced work at an institution of learning.

But do not let the dimwits deflect you from the facts with bogus efforts to define what "post graduate" means. Their trivial pursuit is merely and attempt to avoid facts they find inconvenient and which do not fit their pre-conceived narrow agenda driven ideology.
