Then how is it ok...by most pro-lifers....to allow abortion in cases of rape or incest or life endangerment? I mean, if the fetus's rights supercede hers, why not just allow the mother to die or suffer that great mental anguish?

it is obvious because we do NOT, when there is no risk to the mother's life, rape or incest.....thus in 95% of abortions we do NOT say the mother's rights supersede those of the child....that's why its so obviously wrong when you claim we have conceded it......

having an unborn child is an expected consequence of becoming pregnant.....nobody is saying its a punishment.....its just a fact of life....

The admission is that the unborn's rights are not equal to the woman's. If they were, you couldnt ''murder' it to protect the mother's life or mental state.

You never did give me any examples where it's ok to 'murder' a person already born to save another from death or mental anguish. (Please dont hash over all the self-defense crap...that has a very different meaning, legally and morally.)

Another fact of life is the ability to remove an unwanted pregnancy without undue harm to the woman AND without legal consequences. Historically, generally not the case.

Again....you cannot tell me of an example where a stranger or the govt can FORCE you to take a risk to your life or health is acceptable to you...or even if such an example exists. (has nothing to do with the killing of anyting....it's about *the risk* you can or cannot be forced to take.)

Please post where I wrote that a fetus needed to 'speak.' I said 'consent,' built on the context you dishonestly left out...where I claimed if the 80 yr old could not speak for it's rights, then it's legal guardian or next of kin would.

Neither the 80 yr old (if incompetant) nor the fetus CAN consent and the legal guardian or next of kin makes the decisions for them...even that of removing life support. Oops!

The heartless monster continues her rant against men and this is what this is really about from her angle.

This one could be a lesbian also which doesn't tie directly to the slaughter but does explain her morally bankrupt position being anti male. She has been trained and indoctrinated in anti western white male sentiment and she'll cling to her abortion mantra at all costs because it is so vital to feminist power politics.

I told you that the religion from her was a ploy of pseudo justification for her AOD obsession. Her God is a human government God and nothing else. The ruination of committed marriage and the degradation of men is what is the vital life line to feminist power. And don't think for a moment that anything else is at work here.

As I wrote earlier, it has nothing to do with FORCING you do DO something to someone or something else. It has to do with you being FORCED to take a risk that could cost your life or health.

Now...do you understand the question better? Care to try again? Or re-assume one of your political personas...Mr. Mayor? Director of Social Welfare? Sheriff?
